To begin with, this is the type of food you get here and that they find acceptable to serve to customers. Also, the wait time is way too long some evenings. Therefore, it’s hard to get fresh and hot ready pizzas and if they happen to have some chances are it has been sitting there for a while. I’ve also witnessed workers come from outside walk back inside to the back and immediately start fixing food without washing there hands and putting on gloves. Yes, this is correct that they do not wear gloves while fixing food. Also, I have waited in the store with a line full of customers only to have one of the workers hand their friends free pizzas that came into the store after I did and never even made it to the register. They just simply asked for free food and worker thought it would be a good idea to keep paying customers waiting and serve their friends who never paid first. This location has went way down over the years. This location definitely needs to be under new management to an individual who is willing to make a difference. Hopefully someone with a higher rank in the company reads this message and enforces the rules where workers have to wear gloves because not doing so is just unsanitary.

If you’re going to hire teenagers atleast teach them to put sauce on the pizza. Having them take out their ear buds where I dont have to yell “excuse me” 3 times to get someone’s attention would be nice also. If they aren’t teenagers I’d fire them.

I bought the 4.99 cookie brownie. Very misleading. The ad looked like this warm, soft brownie that “feeds 4.” Yeah it’s like a little Debbie snack that comes cold out the fridge. Look at the picture. The things worth a buck at most, not $5. I do like how your app order is locked in a warmer and when you get there you just scan in and it unlocks and you grab your order. So you can just grab and go, unless you order a refrigerated brownie lol.

I live close to this store and I have 3 sons so we eat pizza a lot. It’s always something with this store. Either a long wait, rude staff that tries to get me to drive off by telling me it’ll be about 15 mins because they have NO hot n’ ready’s, you know, hot n’ ready. And sometimes like tonight it’s this, I don’t know how they managed it to do this, but I went to pick up a few different slices, and they fall apart because the middle of the pizza is stuck to the box. It’s just gooey sauce and cheese, like no breading. So that was a waste of money. Something needs to be done about this store because it’s very rarely good service or good pizza.

Twice on the bounce I have had my food delivered with items missing from the order. Called to complain and was given a £10 credit, but this was not noted on my account so now I’ve lost it. Wedges are powdery and under cooked every time. Food is usually luke warm. Pizzas was burned they where old and dry

When they added the extra most bestest it was good. The last several times I have gotten the old pizza for the new price. Almost always out of at least one thing we want. Lines are long and “6 minutes” to make what they do have but not ready is usually 20 to 30 minutes. Also it is anyone’s guess what sodas they have. Usually off brand.

The pizza was dry and cold. It had obviously been sitting way too long which is weird because I’ve never ordered extramost bestest that I didn’t have to wait for them to cook. I was very surprised and then disappointed. We ended up eating the topping off of it. I got 2 of them. They think the picture tells the story.

I waited almost 15 minutes for my pizza it was burnt when I got it home I was tired so I was going to just eat it my daughter ate a piece and as soon as she bit into it it had blonde hair baked into my cheese when I took it back to the store I was told the person who made the pizza was a black woman she doesn’t have hair there was two managers there and neither one of them apologized or said a thing to me I was tired from a 13+ hr shift at the hospital I often come there but I will never go here again which is sad because the location is so close to my house and my daughter loves the pizza.

It’s edible, but they completely botched my order. I ordered a regular hot and ready and italian cheese bread. I received thin crust and they said since I called ahead they would make it then. I waited when I got there and for something supposedly “fresh out the oven” it was lukewarm and obviously looked like it had been sitting for a long while. Don’t go here if you’re concerned still about Covid, none of the workers I saw were wearing a mask.
