Do not give my order to someone else and then argue with me that I had already picked up my order when I have a pick up number on a prepaid order with the Little Ceasers App that absolutely no one else would know or have! And then on top of that get an attitude with me! The manager was nicer once she got involved and I waited while they remade my order again of 3 pizzas.
Come to find out my order was under the name Joe and they gave my order to a Joseph without checking the order number. Btw the manager was great. The girl working the front was not!
Got home and pizzas had the wrong crust.

The young lady at the window was rude and I’m guessing she was new she had an attitude on her face the whole time didn’t even know if I could order at the window had to ask her manager , my pizza was so flat on one side it didn’t even rise the dough wasn’t fully cooked I got a half and half pizza one half was pepperoni I got 3 pieces of pepperoni the rest was vegie pizza , I want a refund or a new pizza I told the girl thank you she ignores me and gives me an ugly look once again . These workers shouldn’t be workers if they can’t be friendly definitely needs to be fire or an attitude check.

Italian cheese bread just came out the oven! So good forgot to take a picture I’m trying to take a picture before so people can see. Update did have a chance to try the new crazy puff and they’re on point ONLY problem was I asked for the cheese and got pepperoni since I’m a no meat eater that was a HUGE disappointment bc I had to pick the pepperoni out, at least my sister pug Peebles enjoyed them

What is this? I paid $20 for a half cooked, mostly destroyed pizza that looks like it was made by an 8 year old. They only had one person working in the building. He should not have been left alone if he can’t make a half decent pizza. I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone once I got home.

We pulled into the drive through and ordered a pizza and a cheese bread. They said they had the cheese bread and had to make the pizza. We paid for the items and then ran next door to grab something from the store and came right back within five minutes to find out that the POS sold out already paid for cheese bread to someone else in the five minutes while we were gone. Super Trashy Vibes for sure. Will make the extra five minute drive in the future for a better Little Ceasers in the future. Very Trashy Energy here.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would this is by far the rudest nastiest location in mobile. To get call slow and dumb because I asked for a sauce that came with my meal is disrespectful and horrible customer service and for it to come from the general manager is even worse I hope they fire her!

An absolutely atrocious experience went into the store to not one, but all four of their employees so high out of their mind on God knows what they were not working when I asked for my order to be took. They all got upset and angry, absolute worst customer service atmosphere and food service I’ve ever gotten in my life. QUIT METHING AROUND LITTLE CARSARS!!!!

I tried to use their app but it was a nightmare! I was sent to a site which asked for my credit card info which I entered. A moment later I realized it was not Little Ceasars because I received notice of my charge ($2 07). So I then google and download Little Caesar’s free app and ordered. So I drove to the location on Hwy. 90 and waited…and waited.
Still I received no email or push? So I put on my mask and entered the store. I had 2 people before me, the second was buying from pizzas already made. I noticed the portal and my name was not shown. After 6 minutes I showed the clerk my email and told him I hadn’t received notice That my pizza was ready. Finally the clerk told me I was at the wrong place and gave me directions. I am new to the area and accepted responsibility for the mistake. I drove about 5 minutes and finally reached the right store. THI$ is where things go from bad to worse. Evidently business is good here; unfortunately service is BAD. The parking lot was full of people waiting for their pizza. No customer was on the inside when I entered. The clerk handled 3 window customers then asked what did I need. I showed her the original email. There were NO pizza on the portal and my name was NOT displayed. Trying to be helpful I told her I had gone to the wrong store and that I had not
Received any thing saying my pizza was ready. The clerk asked my name and without a comment reached in a warmer and handed me a pizza. No apology or any remark to indicate that she regretted the mix-up. As I drove around the building I could see that this place was so busy they couldn’t close the dumpster gate or pick up the garbage on the ground. I WOULD NOT recommend using the Little Caesar’s app or using this location. The staff is so overworked that they have zero time for common courtesy during a sale.
Little Caesars should not let a third party charge it’s customers for a FREE app. Their portal seems like a good idea considering the Covid -19 rate in the area; however it failed probably because the employees were too busy to use it.

These new crew sucks. I was in lane for about 30 mins. My pizzas was 15.40 and I give the girl 20.40 and then they tried to keep my 5 dollars. Then, she come to the window 5 times to ask what I got. And then tried to take my order again.
