Sad sign says lobby closes at 8pm but its locked with chairs blocking them at 7:40pm go thru drive thru and order 1 hot n ready pizza and 2 crazy bread lighty cooked, new id have to wait, was told 10 to 15 min… had to wait 20… but what got me was all was supposed to be under cooked, got handed 1 pizza and 1 bread stick… ask the guy and said there was supposed to be 2 crazy bread so he grabs one out of the box and says there you go… and I was still missing the marinara sauce… come on night crew , I run a restaurant , this is not how its done..

Literally how, So I order ahead on the app arrive on time and im told that my order isn’t ready yet thats its going to be several minutes which is already after i waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to get to the window then after waiting another 5-10 minutes im told that most of my food is ready and that I’m waiting on the other cheese bread then I sit there at the drive through for nearly 20 more minutes before they come back and tell me that they are out of the stuff to make cheese bread they told me wrong can they replace it with something else I day yeah whatever is ready…….hahaha nope it’s gonna be another 10-15 minutes so in total waited nearly 30 minutes just for them to tell me they are out of what I ordered and that I’ll have to wait for something else literally the worst experience.

Stuffed cheese sticks, wanted to try them. Got home opened the bag nothing but a greesy mess. Pizza and sticks had maybe 8 pieces of pepperoni. Italian bread was not cut very well. Not pleased and will be contacting management.

Don’t stop at this location unless you like your pizza crust raw. I always order ahead because they don’t cook there crust long enough and they. So I called tonight and asked them to cook my pizza a little long and they said no problem. I get there and it wasn’t done. The cashier was rude and said there’s nothing he can do about it and I said the other location has no problem cooking it a little longer for me he then says we’ll go to that location then. Just plain rude. I will not be going back to this location anymore. I will drive an extra 15 mins from my house to get pizza from now on.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order with the app. Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and some wings. Said it would be ready between 522-528. Received notification at 521 my order was ready. Got to the drive-thru window about 525, took a while for someone to come to the window. Tell the guy my name and he goes and look for my order. Come back to tell me that it’s not there and they have to make it again. Said it would be 7 minutes. I said really how does this happens. He laughed and said sometimes it just does. Told him this happened about 2 weeks ago to my order some how was bumped from the screen.,. He made seem like it wasn’t a big deal and just kept laughing. He said I can give you a soda or something. He told me to park and he would bring it out to me. So I parked . I waited about 10 minutes , then I see another work a girl come to the door and point out my car. Then the 2 guys in there were basically fighting on who was bring it out to me. I finally got tired of watching them argue about it. I went and got my pizza and wings, nothing else. Went to the car and my boyfriend check the pizza and it was a thin crust with ham and cheese. Not what I ordered. He went back in and said this wasn’t what we ordered. So the guy refunded the order and we still took the pizza. As my boyfriend was walking out the 3 employee were talking crap to him and flipping him off. All we wanted was what we paid for. Tried to over look the first time it was bumped or when it said it would be ready by this time but it’s wasn’t. We will not be going back there. The staff needs to either retrained or fired. I doubt we are the only customer this has happened too.

Edit: called to speak a manager of course they were not there. So I spoke with who answered the phone, she asked what happened. I explained to her what happened last night . She said can’t go by the app. I said ok but the teenager that were working last need to be retrained or something. She seem like she really didn’t care about what I was saying. I told her that to and she said I was yelling at her. I said no I’m not. My coworker was next to me when I hung up and said you never raised your voice. Will never go back. She also said all the reviews are fake and all they would do is refund my money. I would like twice before you order from this location.

I think this location beats out the northside for worst location. I wanted chz pizza..1st was dry and burnt so I asked for another one. The young lady said “ could you tell me what’s wrong with this one?” Dumbfounded, I make sure we are looking at the same pizza and I tell her it’s dry and burnt. She hands me another one which is just as bad so. She asked if wanted pepperoni and as I say sure she takes the pizza off the counter and as she turns her back and walks away says well they just came out 10 minutes ago so .. I don’t even check the 3 rd pizza at this point. I wait till I get to the car. And wouldn’t you know. Just like the others. Not to mention it’s barely room temperature. I will continue to drive to southside from now on

My wife and I stopped for a special order pizza. This was our first time to this store and we’re pleasantly surprised to find it had a drive thru. We found the ordering process to be both quick and easy and the wait was not long. The people working the window were fast and accurate in their services.

We went to the location on 84 down from Flowers Hospital last night. Picked up 2 hot and ready and an order of crazy bread. Got to our location to eat and the pizza tasted awful. It just had a bad taste to it. And the crazy bread was burnt! All around waste of money and very disappointed. I heard so many good things about this location so we chanced it.
