It’s Little Caesars but let’s talk about it. Wanted something fast and edible so I didn’t want to order for delivery, I know what to expect and have no illusions otherwise. I waited for the lady in front of me to order and since the menu wasn’t working I asked for a second to pull up the menu on my phone. When I was ready they weren’t anymore. They went about their business fulfilling orders and just ignored me for about 5 minutes. Eventually grabbed a hot and ready and got home to my 6/10 pizza that was indeed hot and ready enough I guess. Service needs work

This establishment is operated by inexperienced individuals. The behavior exhibited is reminiscent of children. After waiting for 30 minutes for my order, it was ultimately incorrect. I was eager to try the new cheesesteak puffs. I placed my order, which already took 30 minutes to prepare. My ticket was timestamped at 7:30, and I departed at 8:10. They informed me that they were waiting on my puffs, yet when they finally arrived, they were pepperoni, which I do not consume. I had specifically ordered cheesesteak. Shortly after, a woman who arrived one minute after me mentioned that she received the wrong cheesesteak puffs. The young man at the register attempted to exchange our boxes, literally handing me the same box that the woman had taken to her car and had been sitting with for less than five minutes. When I requested a fresh box due to a visible fingerprint on the one he opened, he became irritated and instructed me to step aside. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before having to request a refund. As a resident of Michigan, I am deeply disheartened by the experience at a place I frequent multiple times a week, especially when it involves such unprofessional behavior. We must strive for improvement. This situation is unacceptable. Waiting 40 minutes for a pizza allowed me enough time to go grocery shopping at Publix and return my food was still not done. Even a conversation would’ve been nice but to be compensated with attitude and a longer wait is ridiculous.

When I ordered through the pizza portal, I did not order a hot and ready pizza. I walked in one minute after I got the alert that my pizza was done, which was only three minutes after I ordered it. I want freshly made pizza when I order it. I did not come in to get a hot and ready pizza. Once again, I ordered a pizza online. I did not order a hot and ready pizza. There is no option for a hot and ready pizza on the app. The pizza presented in the pizza portal was cooked at least thirty minutes ago. I want what I pay for, not your leftovers. You might want to come in and train your employees how to do business correctly, with the quality that little caesars promises, franchise owner.

I know you do not go to little Caesars for great food, you go there for fast and cheap. When you have 6 teenagers at the house, this is usually the best bet. The consistency of the pizzas ranged greatly. One had to much sause and was not cooked all the way so when you picked up the pizza, everything slid off the crust. Another was cooked with to little sause. I know the staff was busy but even the kids commented on the pizzas and if we needed to cook them more.

My experience has made me conclude. I will never do business with your company again. I ordered 2 pizzas. What I received was 2 pizzas. No sauce. No topping, dry. Crushed burnt edges burnt. Something on the top but there’s no sauce. I don’t know what it is but it’s burnt. I called and said I got 2 pizzas. Maybe you sent me somebody else’s pizza’s. Well, won’t she said we’ll make it good. If you’ll send it back to us? I said I lived 3 miles away from you. I don’t have a vehicle in grubhub delivered it. I said you mean I’m stuck with peaches that I don’t want and aren’t fit to eat and she said if you can bring them back to me I’ll I’ll exchange him.I said goodbye.I’m gonna report this.This place is horrible garbage.Do not go there

I ordered one pizza and a couple of sauces and sodas for me and my coworkers for delivery then when I finally get my pizza it’s cold and they don’t bring our sauces or soda. Then the delivery driver lied about coming back with the missing product.
