I’ve started using the Little Caesars app to order my food. It’s easy to use. They track your order. And when you pick it up inside the store (you can thru the drive thru too if you want) it’s in a hot box so it stays hot and fresh. This location has really picked up on the quality of the food they make, the customer service and their time efficiency. Definitely worth it!!

Submitted an online order for pickup. Sat at the window for 15 minutes while the drive thru window was open. Two workers looked at me within the first 5 minutes of sitting there, neither one came to the window or seemed to have told anyone. The guy continued to hide behind the pizza warming station and the other just turned back acting like she never saw me. Shouted Hello I’m here to pick up a mobile order a few times. No one answered. Finally after the other 10 minutes went by the lady that originally saw me claimed to have never seen or heard me and told me there was a doorbell I could have rang yet there was no sign to ring the doorbell and it actually didn’t even look like a doorbell it looked like a motion sensor.

I come here often because it’s the closest thing to home (Detroit) where this pizza chain actually originates from. I’ve had some not so pleasurable experiences before but today was a little more frustrating than others. While I appreciate the young ladies with the pink hair, the braids and blonde hair, I did not appreciate the lady with the small bun demeanor about something that the business was getting wrong. I always come and get the pepperoni and sausage pizza with butter and Parmesan on the crust. The first time, my pizza crust was burnt with no butter or parm on the crust. We parked and my husband took it in. They brought the second one out to the car and this time it was butter and parm all over. I’m extremely picky about my food and add being pregnant to that, I just wanted my pizza done right especially if we are paying for it. I took it back inside and I can see the lady with the bun having a “I don’t care” attitude and demeanor and something was said about it not being right again. While I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I understand there are difficult situations and customers but a lot of things can be avoided if you listen and do your job with intent. Thankfully, they other young ladies ensured my pizza was right the third time and my baby and I are happy.

Ordered a pretzel crust for pickup and was given a regular pepperoni. Showed them and they went back to “fix it”. Came back and gave me the same pizza pizza with garlic sauce put on the crust and salt thrown all over it. Still no pretzel crust to be found.
