If I could give them another one star review I would! Terrible service from one of the managers he has bad customer service. Don’t know how to talk to his customers. He he has headphones in his ear and also on the phone while at Pizza landing did not wash his hands after. Try to give me the old Detroit Pizza with sticks, when I ordered online. How’s his pants hanging low. He should not have that position in my opinion.

Very delicious, very clean and polite, quick service. Went in again…still clean but we couldn’t have olives on our pizza, the. Counter person said manager said no. We get there and the manager said she never said that. Ugh so we paid to have cold olives so we. Would put them on ourselves. We then eat a half a pizza and find a dime (money) under the pizza !! With this covid stuff I’m not liking that at all. How many people touched that dime. Called and talked to the manager who said it probably fell in the box when giving back the change due. Hmmmunder the pizza? She said it has happened to her but still with the covid?? Manager was very nice and apologetic.

We came by at 7:15 on a Friday night to get a quick Hot N Ready pizza, but there were zero. None of any type. Not even crazy bread. So you may end up getting a hot pizza, but don’t walk in expecting there to be any ready to go.

Little Caesars is less expensive, and the stuffed crust pretzel pizza is awesome! Also tried the pizza bites and will definitely order those again. The order was on time, my email came promptly and the staff was pleasant

This place is terribly managed/staffed. The last time I ordered online I had to wait 45 minutes after showing up at the ready time before it was finished. This time I ordered online at 3:00pm for it to be ready at 7:05PM and I figured that would be enough time for them so it would be ready. Nope. I got there at 7:10pm and they hadn’t even started the order. I kid you not I didn’t walk out of the restaurant until 8:47PM. I waited over an hour and a half going on two damn hours before I got the order I placed 4 hours ahead of time. I only waited because I paid online and they said they wont give a refund for it so I had no choice but to wait. Every time I have walked in that store there are only 2 people working. This location is terribly managed and understaffed. The workers themselves were nice and I don’t have a problem with them but whoever manages that location and handles the scheduling needs to be fired. I waited almost 2 hours for lukewarm pizza that sat for over half an hour because they were waiting for the breadsticks to finish. I was waiting for over 40 minutes before they even started my order in the oven. Dominoes is down the road and I’ll be going there until there’s some kind of change of management at the store.

Terrible customer service. Employee saw me standing at the register waiting to order. I was the only person standing and waiting at the register to order food. There was only one other customer in the store and he was sitting in one of the chairs waiting. Employee walked by me multiple times and even made eye contact but never said anything. I understand we can all get busy at times. Employee never said, “I’ll be there in a moment”. I was never acknowledged. I’m not expecting 5 star restaurant service but at least let the customer know you will be right there and acknowledge them. I won’t return as this was not the first time this has happened. Not all, but most of the employees need training on basic customer service. If the middle aged white lady with glasses and the long hair is the supervisor, that explains why there is a severe lack of customer service as she has none herself.

The worst little ceasars ever, i went to just get 1 hot and ready and they said it will take 1 hour. This not the first time the service or the food has been horrible. The manager is very rude and when u come in to order instead of them saying “one second or hello” they just look at u and make u wait until they are done doing whatever it is they are doing remind u it’s like 4 workers and nobody is worried about the register. I really wish they will get new management.

The pizza here is awesome. The service however was slow 40 mins for two hot and ready pizzas something that is advertised to be ready when you get there. Also the workers looked like they didn’t even care to be there. maybe all of them were having a day idk just my experience on that day. Went back today all was good just wanted to point that out.

My pizza wasn’t ready until after two hours, so it was super cold just sitting there waiting for my breadstick to be ready. Manager was super rude. When got there no one said anything it was no one in the front. When I asked for a refund, the manager said she’s not going to give no refund or remake the pizza that was sitting on the rack for almost 2 hours. Worst Little Caesars I ever been to.
