We pulled through the drive-thru which is their primary source of taking orders. I waited behind a vehicle for at least 10 minutes and then they finally gave them a 2 l bottle of Pepsi. We pulled up to the window and ordered, they told us there was no pizza ready to go, pepperoni or cheese. We also saw three workers standing in there doing nothing. We were told it would take 7 minutes. We were then asked to pull around out into the parking lot so others could pull up an order. I don’t know why the guy waiting for his Pepsi didn’t have to pull around. But when we told him we didn’t want to he told us he would bring the pizza to us out in the parking lot.

The workers in fact did not bring the pizza to us and called us back to the window. Zero Stars service. Would not do again

Absolutely will not be back.
They sold me a cheese pizza that was old and hard. I dropped it off at home and left for work. My kid wouldn’t even eat it.
I brought it back up to the store with the receipt the next day and they refuse to replace it or refund my money because I didn’t bring it back the same day (didn’t get off until after 10pm). So that was money wasted. I’ll go further into town for Domino’s next time.

Little Caesars Express locations are smaller versions of regular Little Caesars stores with limited menus, but feature the same commitment to value, quality, and convenience. This one is located inside the Piggly Wiggly. It can be accessed from inside the store, or via the drive through window. I called ahead to order my pizza and make a special request of ‘light sauce”, – the girl was friendly and accommodating. The pizza was “Hot-N-Ready” in ten minutes. An enjoyable lunch with the family, after a day of yardwork.

The young blonde male employee working today had an attitude. Said absolutely nothing to me during the whole time he was helping me and ringing me up. Also rolled his eyes and threw his hands up a little when I pulled cash out. Like I guess he’s used to people paying with a card? I ultimately seemed like an inconvenience to him.

Food was alright.
Service sucked.

This little Cesar is never hot and ready just saying. I always gotta wait on my pizzas here. I come all the time. I wish they had better management. Theirs always a line. So no reason for them to not be cooking pizzas instead of just chilling

Note: This is an Express. Not a typical Little Caesar’s. So pizza is going to be Express size. That is to say, 12 inches.

Ordered both a 3 meat and a pepperoni pizza to taste for review.
The cheese, sauce, toppings… all Little Caesar’s standard.
What stands out the most is the crust. Vastly superior, it has a more fluffy and chewy texture compared to the crusts from conventional Little Caesar’s. And that changes the entire pizza. Slight hints of butter can be tasted from the crust as well making it enjoyable from tip to tail.
It seems Little Caesar’s Express adopted the “Quality over Quantity” mentality pertaining to pizza.
I would highly recommend giving it a try if you pass by.

We were driving through to Florida and really wanted Little Caesars pizza. We are huge fans. We arrived at the window at 9:30 hoping to finally get some food. We saw online that they closed at 10pm. The workers inside ignored us while we were at the window. I tried to call them to see when they closed because sometimes the times are incorrect online. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t just let us know they had closed instead of ignoring us like they did. It’s very unprofessional.

The BEST pizza I have ever had from a Little Caesars! I was so tired of getting the awful so called pizzas at the Prattville location that I don’t mind driving to Pine Level for this. Even though they’re smaller, it’s still worth it. ☺️ It’s so good!

We sat in drive thru and watched and employee just stand there talking to someone the whole time he picked his face, scratched his head, picked his arms. Totally disgusting. I wouldn’t want help from that employee if my life depended on it.
