The ‘extra most bestest’ was honestly very disappointing. Only ordered this instead of the standard cheese because the regular cheese pizza barely has anything on it and almost always has burnt spots. The EMB had practically zero sauce, and was so thin in the center you could see through it. And ‘hot and ready’?? Never.

I placed an order online for a later time to be made at 8:00pm to be made by 9:15-9:20pm. Got there around 9:10pm. The place wasn’t busy. No orders were being made. Even my order wasn’t ready. I didn’t get out of there till 9:50pm. There was no rush at all in their work knowing clearly that my order should have been long done

Weird business model they have. Middle of the day, open sign on, door unlocked, and customers in the lobby, and them actively making pizzas and when I come in, the girl behind the counter says they are closed.

Me and my wife Bella just came in there. Me and my wife only waited around 2-5 minutes for a pretty good sized order. It was about 9-9:15 pm and a sweet lady named Calli(?) was there with two in the back. She treated us very well and got our order taken care of extremely quickly, the workers in the back did a great job making it as well. We will definitely make more orders very soon. Highly recommend this place not just for the food but the people too.

Worst little ceasars ive ever had. Stuffed cheesy bread was so greasy and rubbery that it was almost raw. Like when i held it, it flipped over like a spaghetti noodle. I ordered slices and jalapeño sticks.. so much salt on the sticks that they are inedible and the slices are made from the toughest dough ever. Its tough and chewy. Much like a dog treat. The kid working in the store was super rude and disrespecful. I will never go here again

Made an online order at 4pm for 2 pizzas 1 cheese and 1 thin crust, for pickup at 8:15 after my kids baseball game. Received a phone call from the store at 740 with someone mumbling into the phone telling me that they did not have thin crust. So I said that was fine and they could just make it regular crust. I arrived at the store at 8:19 and told them I was here to pickup my pizzas. They said they called me to tell me that they did not have thin crust and had canceled my order. I received a refund for the order and had to wait an additional 15 min to get a regular cheese pizza. We get home and the pizza is just dough and completely raw.. I honestly dont expect much from this place in general but I thought this one deserved a review.

I went there a couple of weeks ago to pick up lunch for our paint crew (around noonish) They did not have any Extra most bestest ready, so got 3 hot & ready (1 cheese & 2 pepperoni) and a cheesy bread. When I got back(10 minutes later), we made our plates and the pepperoni pizzas & the cheesy bread were dried up and rubbery. I immediately called and informed them. The man I spoke to offered to replace the entire meal, but we were running behind on painting, so I told him that I would not be able to come back that day & that he did NOT have to replace the cheese pizza because it was good. He wrote down my name and stated that my name & order would be up on the board and that I could come get it whenever we worked in the area again. Today, I asked for the replacement, but I was informed that my name was not on the board and they would not replace the order. The young woman at the counter was very sweet & respectful, but the other lady working there was very rude. We work in RBC often, some of the crew lives in RBC and so does a lot of my family. I am very disappointed

Husband stood there for 15 minutes and no one came up to take his order & yes 3 different employees saw him. Another gentleman had been waiting before us and they hadn’t helped him either. I went in to get managers name and had to basically yell towards the back for anyone to come up. A gentleman came up & I asked who the manager was. He said it was Mary. Well Mary you know how to hire help. Horrible service. This place will NEVER get our business again. I’d stay away from this place after reading the rest of the reviews. Will be getting ahold of corporate for a formal complaint.

Warning do not eat at this Little Caesars Pizza in rainbow City until they get new management and new workers… My wife and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza from this establishment as I walked in to pick up the pizza I literally witnessed for my own eyes one of the workers in the back area picking his nose and wiping it on his pants I was so grossed out I asked for a refund immediately. As I was getting my refund I told the manager what I witnessed and he said straight out you have a nose do you pick it and I looked at him in shock and literally said I’ll be reporting you to corporate and he said won’t be the first or the last have a good day. The guy was a foreigner and was also extremely rude
