My CRAZY SAUCE was absolutely disgusting. I always come to this place at night to get food but today my CRAZY SAUCE was just liquid and had no flavor and my pizza was also disgusting. my pizza tasted like dish soap and i didn’t want to eat my entire pizza because of this.

I went through the reviews here to see if my mom had ever left one. I didn’t see it — so I am.

I recently told my mom I was craving Little Caesars. She immediately said absolutely not and told me they haven’t been back in over a year because of what happened at this location. After hearing the story, I am disgusted.

My mom and my autistic brother came here to pick up food. My mom stayed in the car while my brother went inside. He waited around 30 minutes with zero communication. When he politely asked the employee at the front counter how much longer it would be, she was rude enough that he walked out visibly upset and overwhelmed.

After another 20 minutes, he went back inside to check again. The same employee was even ruder. He came back out more distressed. This happened more than once.
This was not impatience. This was not attitude. This was an autistic person being treated like a problem for asking a simple question.
My mom eventually went inside and confronted the employee about how her son was being treated. Instead of apologizing or correcting her behavior, the employee yelled back. My mom even asked another customer — who had been there the entire time — if the employee had been rude to her autistic son, and he confirmed that yes, she absolutely was.

When my mom asked to speak to a manager, there was more arguing, more defensiveness, and zero accountability. Eventually they were given the pizza. My mom was so upset watching her disabled son be treated like garbage that she threw the pizza away and left.
That should tell you everything.
This is not just “bad customer service.” This is ableist, cruel, and completely unacceptable behavior, and the fact that it wasn’t immediately shut down speaks volumes about the management at this location.

Corporate Little Caesars needs to see this. If this is how disabled customers are treated, you have a serious problem. Training failed. Management failed. Accountability failed.

I will never step foot in this location — or any Little Caesars — again. And every time this place comes up, I will tell this story. People deserve to know how customers, especially disabled ones, are treated here.
Do better. This was shameful.

I was door dashing and I witnessed multiple people coming into the store complaining about long wait times. My order was not ready I waited 10 minutes before saying screw this and left. In the time I was there I saw orders with extremely long wait times, most everyone was chatting with each other trying to cash out drawers when you have a lobby full of people who didn’t look happy and extremely long wait times. I would never take another order here or be a customer looks like long wait times are the norm here

I read some of the other reviews about issues getting a pizza or with the pizza itself. I order my pizza thru the LC app and I haven’t ever had a problem. I get exactly what I want and I know it’s available bc I placed an order for it. There is a little bit of a wait bc I ordered a pizza that has to be made, but I get my pizza by the time listed, if not sooner. Since I know I’m getting pizza, I place the order before heading to the restaurant, so it’s ready when I get there. The pizza is hot, fresh, and I like LC pizza better than anyone else’s.

I loved this place for so long, but we came and got two cheese pizzas and it was AWFUL! There was no pizza sauce on half the pizza, and on top of that, it was burnt. The person who took my order was beyond rude. We ended up throwing over half of the pizzas away, my kiddos wouldn’t even eat it. It was truly an horrible experience. Inexpensive and cheap are two different things, and this felt cheap.

If I can give this place a 0 I would. There’s no professionalism and the management is crap. The one guy couldn’t even talk because he didn’t know how to manage a place of that size. He is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. He would not give the information we were requesting. He was on his phone while multiple people were trying to complain about their orders. This place is a joke.

Awful and rude!! Very unprofessional. My bread sticks were old and all squished together and my pepperoni puffs I couldn’t eat because they were burnt with tons of garlic Will never be back to this location! Would love my money back!
