Went in to buy a pizza and noticed a 5-7 year old kid behind the register seems to be playing and walking between the register and the food prep area. Looked back up again and he was continuing to play between the register and the food prep area and walking around with pizza in his hand. Don’t get me wrong, I understand if you have to pick your kid up from school you may have to bring him to work, but he needs to sit down in the office and not be around a food prep area.

My least favorite pizza out of the main pizza franchises. Slow service. I’ve been handed Doordash orders through the drive through many times, but now all of a sudden they want you to come inside and get it, even if the order is already done. Very annoying. I try to avoid this place when I can. But sometimes I still have to do the orders due to lack of well paying orders in this area.If you want pizza, try anyplace else.

I placed an order on their website on February 26, 2025, and waited for two hours for an order that was never delivered. The app automatically forwarded my order to DoorDash, but I wasn’t informed that the store was closed. DoorDash advised me that a refund would take 10 to 12 business days, but I still haven’t received my refund. Because it had to come to the store. If you’re considering ordering, I recommend going to the store instead of ordering online with them.

Store says they close at 10pm pulled up at 9:06pm and sat at the window for 5 minutes while they watched me at the window. The cashier was very rude and didn’t want to take my order and said it would be a 30 minute wait for one pepperoni. There should never be an issue at any company for a customer to feel unwanted spending money for a product especially being a regular customer who lives in the neighborhood. Maybe one day the staff will change to workers who have better customer service and then my review will.

Don’t understand the complexity of pizza. Maybe I’m not smart though. Today was an awful day, pulled up to the window and two young men were dancing and listening to music. Asked him for our pizza, which we ordered 30 mins prior, wasn’t even made. We ended up being there an additional 10 mins. Kid didn’t make eye contact or nothin’ when I went to get it just threw it on the counter and continued his conversation. We need an overhaul pronto. Mr. Caesar would be highly disappointed.
