I wish it would allow me to leave zero stars. After waiting in the drive-thru for a long time with no one coming to the window I got fed up and went inside. By the time I got inside somebody had come to the window to help the next person and asked me to wait. I placed my order and was told it be 10 minutes. 35 minutes later they finally delivered my food to me. I checked and they did not put any Italian seasonings on my Italian cheese bread. This is not the first time I visited this location and had to wait 30+ minutes for food that is advertised as hot and ready.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and they gave us a plain pepperoni. We were charged for the stuffed crust so I tried to call them and twice I called them and was on hold for over 10 minutes . It seems the restaurants around here aren’t great with customer service…. Taco Bell and Bojangles being a part of that problem . I don’t wanna be that chick but I’ve been in this industry my whole life and I understand there’s gonna be mess ups but every time I go to a fast food place it’s the smallest order and it’s always wrong and no one wants to make it right by not even answering the phone . Every time we go here we have to wait 30 minutes. You have to pay for sauce with your cheesy bread and they don’t give you even half a container full.
