It’s pretty good overall no issue with quality, but ordered 2 pretzel crusts on different occasions and did not get the pretzel part. Average crust with the cheese sauce. Dunno if they have the ingredients or equipment idk. Best pizza Lil Caesars has but I can never get it from here unfortunately.

I was just there, I pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes before I ever saw anyone. When the guy saw me he came over to the window and yanked it open. Open. Say a single word, just stood there. I asked for a lunch special and he took my card without saying a single word. Didn’t tell me a total or anything for that matter. Then just handed me the receipt and my card back. How rude can you be? Do you even train these people? And on top of that he’s dirty and grungy looking. You should hold your employees to a higher standard when they are handling food!

I wanted a pizza with no cheese and extra sausage, so I went to Little Caesars — home of the ExtraMostBestest Sausage Pizza! When the worker at the drive thru window handed me the box, I opened it just to make sure it didn’t have cheese and was actually sausage this time.

I thought he was pulling a prank on me.

“Excuse me, I ordered extra sausage,” I said, opening the box to show that there was less sausage than I had been led to believe should be on a pizza clearly labeled “extra sausage”.

“That is extra sausage,” he replied.

“If I ordered an ExtraMostBestest Sausage pizza (for two dollars less), how much sausage would I have gotten?”

“ExtraMostBestest is extra sausage, so you would have gotten that much. We’ve got a specific amount that we’re allowed to put on a pizza.”

I wasn’t happy, but I drove off. Before I made it out of the parking lot, I remembered the picture of the ExtraMostBestest Sausage Pizza on the website and turned around. Once inside, I asked to speak to the person in charge.

“Does this,” I said, showing him the picture from the website, “look like this?” I opened the box.

“I don’t know what to tell you, that’s what they tell us to put on the pizza. We can’t put more than that or the inventory won’t be right.”

Since I had already paid and was hungry, I took the pizza with me. Once home, I rearranged the sausage bits so I could at least have a piece of sausage with every bite, but I was left with two slices of pizza that had no sausage whatsoever.

This MIGHT be an acceptable amount of sausage for a pizza half its size. It is NOT appropriate for a large. I would think that they could put a few extra pieces of sausage on there for the money they saved on the cheese! I already paid two extra dollars for fewer ingredients, you’d think they would have done me a solid.

And that’s another thing — when ordering from the website, you can’t customize specialty pizzas like you can on other websites (*cough* Domino’s *cough*), so you end up paying more for less! And in the case of the “extra” sausage, you pay more for a LOT less.

Look, I’m not heartless. I understand that the price of everything is going up these days. But when the total economic collapse eventually occurs, hoarding sausage isn’t going to save you. You’re not going to be able to pay for a new kidney with extra pepperoni.

Either put a warning on the website that the customer will definitely be disappointed with what Little Caesars considers “extra toppings” or give me an option to pay for an adequate amount. I’m clearly already willing to pay two extra bucks for “no cheese”, I’ll certainly pay extra for what I consider to be enough sausage.

Seriously, if my daughter was a pizza and the sausage was her clothing, I wouldn’t let her go out of the house dressed like that.

Do better, Little Caesars.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true . The blonde haired man with glasses who works the window is everything that the reviews claim. Super cold and not personable. After I ordered he handed me a device to pay and talked to me like I was stupid because I didn’t see it was asking me to tip. Really? I’ve never been asked to tip at this location ever and I’m normally one to tip but after how distasteful he acted I just couldn’t. I came here to read reviews to see maybe if it was a bad day? No. Hopefully a manager can see these comments and recognize an issue with their customer service the pizza was good tho

This is the second time that I’ve placed an order and it took almost an hour to be ready. It wasn’t busy either. How long does it take to complete a $20 order?
Also, the pizza barely had any sauce & my husband’s crazy puffs were done correctly.
We will not be back to the location.

Every time I go, I have to wait more than 20 minutes for a “hot and ready” pepperoni pizza. It’s ridiculous. And on top of that, the staff always has a bad attitude.

I mean $5 for a pizza. You can’t beat that. This store has seen a lot of turn over with staff but I will still get my thin crust here.

I was in here just the other evening for a new cheese & pepperoni stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. I really enjoy visiting this location! The employees are all very courteous and quality is never questionable. Thanks

I would love to leave a five star review because I really enjoy little Caesars pizza and cheesy bread, however, when it takes 30 minutes for me to wait in the store after I placed my order online ahead of time that is very frustrating and then when I get the email to come pick up my pizza, I have to wait another 10 minutes inside the store when there’s only two other people waiting as well. I get it times are tough and people are having a hard time working but this service was very bad.

This is not the place it once was. I have been waiting on a cheese pizza for over 25 mins. I usually don’t write reviews but this is worth it if anyone reads this.
