Only been roughly 5-6 times at this location if I am passing through, and every time it is a slog. Quality is way too hit-or-miss. I pay extra for an ExtraMostBestest pizza and it’s somehow worse than a Hot-N-Ready — and I would order a Hot-N-Ready if they were ever actually hot…. and ready… or made in general. The drive-thru service is always slow because their heads are down on their phones and during my visit today during the afternoon to surprise my coworkers with pizzas I had to wait almost 5 minutes at the window! It was also dead slow on an early Thursday afternoon with nothing to do, and you guessed it, no pizza’s ready. I don’t write reviews for the satisfaction of being nasty or rude — I don’t write reviews in general, but the second I politely stated my order the lady’s attitude and demeanor instantly became snarky. So if I’m the bad guy, hey, sorry I asked you to do your job that you chose. Go to the Little Cesar’s near the Greystone YMCA if you actually want to buy a pizza you would want others to eat and enjoy.

Love this location! It is slightly difficult to see from the highway, but if you want fresh pizza, at a really good price, this is the place. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the product or the service. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. They always treat my son amazing and give him cookies and more. They will even bring your order out to your vehicle in the event you can’t sit inside and wait for some reason, even if you’re not in the drive thru. We never have to wait more than 10 minutes, even for the freshly made pizzas with everything on them. We love the food, We really love the prices, and we absolutely love the customer service we get! If you can’t find it, turn into McDonald’s, turn right and it’s right there on the left. Best place to get amazing pizza from a customer friendly staff at THE BEST PRICES!

Used app. Never said our food was ready. The Detroit Deep dish while good, came with very little meat on it. We ordered the sausage, just very little sausage on the pizza. Other than the extensive wait and the minimal amount of meat on the pizza it was good tasting.

I’m confident that this is the worst pizza restaurant in the city of Birmingham and surrounding areas. I’ve had so many bad encounters here but tonight is probably the worst. Placed an order using the online app and pizza was supposed be ready at 6:15. arrived at 6:20 p.m. and the staff said they were running behind in the rudest manner possible
I waited 15 minutes in the store and asked for an update. They then said that they were sold out of the product that was ordered online almost an hour earlier which was a pepperoni thin crust pizza. How could they not at least call before a customer drives here to pick up a product that isn’t available? Why does the online app allow you to place orders for unavailable products? Why are the store associates so rude and disrespectful? And how can the store not issue a credit for the pizza that was prepaid in the online app and yet unavailable? A complete waste of time, energy, and gas to deal with these people.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here on Christmas eve, it was about 10 -15 minutes until close, so they were closing up, and it was freezing out. I went to the door and it was locked, so I drove through the drive-through. The young girl working that night actually opened the window and told us they were closed but gave us a free box of pizza and free bread sticks. It was great customer service, the pizza was great, and it was an awesome Christmas gift.

All I ordered was a sausage pizza, and they told me that it would only take 6 minutes. They gave my pizza away to the car next to me as I watched. I went in to check on my pizza, and the cashier told me that it was coming out of the oven 17 minutes later. Meanwhile, I watched them hand out 6 pizzas to 3 other people. She couldn’t look me in the eye, so she sent the cook out to hand it to me. He never says a word as he waits on another customer. I stood there just for a second to see if he was going to apologize for my wait or even make eye contact. This is ridiculous for a so-called hot-n-ready pizza.

I went here 1 time, and that was definitely enough for me! VERY VERY Slow service, and they definitely need more employees, and better management! Plus the place doesn’t look to clean, or sanitary. Butvthey give your kids a small bag of cookies i guess to make up for the wait, slow service, and the very very short lady talks to much! The point of a drive-thru window is for faster service, and to get your food quicker, but not here they’ll talk your ears off, or make them bleed not literally. They need faster cook times, and faster service in all aspects of the pizza business! Plus there not professional at all!

Yesterday we were refused service in the lobby after two others ordered. Mind you we were the last customers in the lobby to be helped. They had hot-n-readys for us to take. We ordered two pizzas and got ready to pay. I believe it was the manager who was on duty that came out from the back rudely telling her employee no more lobby orders, that she couldn’t do everything herself, then told her and us loudly that we would have to go through the drive-thru to be served. I truly feel badly for the young girl who was trying to take care of us.

Hot and Ready for us when we went through the Drive-thru. We literally ordered and when we got to the window they were taking 2 large pepperoni pizzas out of the oven (not the warmer), fresh and delicious. Great customer service from the cashier at the window she was very friendly and upbeat. It was a great experience for the five of us, we did enjoy our meal.

I’ve been here a few times in the past, but tonight I waited in the drive-through lane behind one car for 15 minutes at 8:00 PM. I decided to get out and go inside… However, there were no “hot and ready pizzas“ ready at the time. I called Domino’s up the street and they had a better pizza ready for me quickly.
