Ordered pizza and puffs today @ 5:24puffs they were find pizza warm after traveling about 5mins called reported it to Mgr .was told bring back pizza to be replaced. Replaced with soggy pizza not done in the middle . I did expected a remake of pizza but not this was it.

I normally use the Academy Drive location, but this time tried the Hueytown location. Found mold on our Italian Cheese Bread after my son told me it tasted off. This was around 7:45 p.m. on a Saturday, so it was a short time after dinner rush. Imagine what goes out on slow days.

And once again, for the 5th or 6th time, I delete my review to leave another one and just like the previous ones it is bad although it is obvious that management and corporate do not care. Change the hours to this location to we open and close when we want because that’s how we do things. When store hours clearly say you don’t close till 10pm and your window worker says they are closed at 9:35pm, do you know what that means?That means you close BEFORE 10pm…..

I just spent over an hour trying to order 15 pizzas for later tonight. First attempt was through the app. The message was that they were experiencing technical difficulties so to call the number. The number to the store goes to a call center, I placed the order and because it was over $100 they would have to connect me to the store for payment. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes. Hing up, called back and waited an additional 15 minutes to speak to someone and PAY FOR THE ORDER. I called another pizza franchise and was able to place and order and pay for it within 7 minutes. I won’t be attempting to use this store again.

I had to park and wait for over 10 minutes. In their defense they did have a very large order that afternoon.. The stores parking lot is very tiny and an extremely narrow drive thru access. Not recommended to have a utility trailer in tow! I often do, thankfully this afternoon I did not have mine with me. Friendly staff.
