I ordered doordash and online little Ceasar’s website is a little misleading when it comes to ordering a deep dish supreme pizza. I did not receive the order from doordash that I wanted and called this location. A young lady by the name of Angie said that she would correct the order. I came in and brought back the pizza that was delivered through doordash and angie had a fresh supreme pizza ready for me to go. Her service was prompt and I appreciate her for clarifying the situation when ordering a supreme deep dish online. Please remove that picture of a supreme deep dish as it can be misleading when it comes to the price especially if you have to order additional toppings for it to be considered supreme. The starting price is for a regular deep dish and not a supreme. It is deceptive.

Writing to describe my experience with the employee on the left. At 3pm on 1/27 I arrived to get my online pickup order. He insisted they never received the order, so he had me verify the number and address. It was correct, he moved on to assume someone else picked it up already. Not a possibility. I didn’t share my code with anyone. Then he assumed I stole the first order and was there to force them to remake it. He had me wait 30 min for the remake, throwing in comments about how I was getting a 2 for 1 deal and how I should enjoy my stolen food. He threatened to call the police and I urged him to do so because at this point he was harassing me for picking up my order. I’ve never experienced someone so unapologetically unprofessional. No one would give me his name so I’m putting him on the internet instead. Corporate has been called.

The man working there put me on hold for over half a hour before I finally hung up. Keep in mind the store was completely empty & was not busy at all. love little Cesar’s pizza but this location needs to be responsive with phone calls from customers. Customer service is absolute crap at this location Jessi M. Acted so bothered that I came in and interrupted her conversation with her coworker about there hours . Straight attitude the hole time , even when I asked for my receipt she could even hand it to me . She folded it and put it under the box . This is the third time I deal with this girl and she has an attitude all the time , something needs to be done at this location . Horrible experience.

Ordered crazy bread and sauce tonight for delivery. Requested extra parmesan on the breadsticks and lightly cooked. When I received the breadsticks the had no parmesan and the sauce was extra thin.
I’ve attempted to call a few times and the restaurant keeps disconnecting the call.
