I went there today at 3:00pm. Did an order of Italian bread and a cheese pizza. People came and got their order and they didn’t have mine ready. She forgot about my pizza. Italian bread was ready. 3:45pm she gave my food. I was looking at then in the kitchen. She pulled the pizza out of the oven before being ready. Pizza was uncooked and bread sticks were cold. Worst customer service.

First time coming to this location and most likely the last . I am aware in the drive through if you place an order it will take time . 3 cars in front of me so I was aware it would take a while . Got to the window and my order was not even input . I’ve been the other person on the other side , if they would’ve said sorry we are low staffed or it’s my first . But no , all I got was a sorry , it’s not ready . There’s no order .

Ordered a pizza on line last night for our family. I noticed on the track your order it was in “Got It” status for a while so I went to the store. I walked in and no one came up front. I heard someone say “someone up front” but again no one came or seemed to care. I waited for a while and still no one acknowledged me or even said “be right with you”. I left with no food. I looked at the tack your oder on line and it changed after a couple hours but even today it still says ” packing it up” . I dont plan to visit this location again I may have to go to other locations, we like little ceassers and this location is in a prime location with all the homes and high school in the area. Sad it’s gone downhill.

I tried to place an order for me and my crew I called 4 times and not a single time was I actually speaking to a team member. I then tired the app and what a surprise it doesn’t work. I am very angry and disappointed and now my crew is hungry don’t go here!!!

Terribly ran and/or managed location; I don’t think I’ve been able to order from here without it being a 30+ minute ordeal. They consistently get orders wrong or just completely give them to someone else, forcing you to wait for them to remake it. The staff very clearly fails to communicate, both amongst themselves and with their customers. Do not give this location your business, the one on Silver Star is leagues better.
