The food made at this location is not worth the time or money.
The cheezy bread is 99% bread and a skippy layer of cheese.
Same for the crazy puffs. All bread very little cheese.
I’ve had Little Caesars many times at different locations and this is hands down the worst experience Ive had.

Horrible. Mgmt needs to find out why an employee is spending more time dancing behind the counter for someone on video chat with her phone on the desk. Wearing headphones, socks only, and being rude to customers because they interrupted your dance class is unacceptable! I’d recommend cleaning this place before you show off your dance moves for some guy on the phone

Walked in requested 2 pizza’s cooked well done was told be ready in about 10min. At 10 min i walked back in to seeing long hair not tied back,no gloves dirty looking dude , got home pizza is not well done it was half done as usual had to air fry it. Business owners in poinciana get your shit together do better have some pride in what you do.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my crazy puffs purchase. I had visited the store to try them for the first time and ordered a box. Upon leaving the store, I sat on the bench outside and opened one, only to discover its unappealing appearance. I then consumed one to assess its freshness, which was lacking. I returned to the store and requested a replacement from the manager, but he refused. Losing a loyal customer over a $3.99 box of crazy puffs was unnecessary. I firmly believe that a fresh box should have been provided initially.

I ordered a “Hot-N-Ready” pizza and only found out AFTER paying that it would take 10 minutes. The staff (Widalys) was rude and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. Poor communication and customer service made this a very disappointing visit.

Tried to call and order pizza phone was off the hook. I drive to the store there are two girls in club attire in the back making pizzas. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and I was told it’s going to be awhile, when i said it was okay the cashier looked mad that I said I would wait. This is horrible customer Service and people who are prob not on the clock or in proper work attire which leads me to believe that they are following safety standards. I am sure the health department would not be okay with this!!

If I could this nasty store no stars I would. Employee dancing laughing at customers for being mad about finding hair on their pizza 5 customers took their order back and they laugh at them. Sneezed on food didn’t wash there hands. Employees leaving their loose nasty nasty nasty and the so called wanna be manager male and female they was laughing as well at the mad customers. Very rude nasty disrespectful they all should be fired I’m calling corporate in the morning.
