We ordered 2 of the Slices-N-Stix . The pizza was good but they were supposed to come with marinara for the bread sticks and it was missing from both boxes, so we had pizza and bread . It even says it was supposed to come with the sauce on the ticket ♂️

I placed an order for 11:15 pickup, I tried to go inside and the door was locked and I was confused because they open at 11:00AM. I see someone walk to the counter to put an order in the pizza portal thing so I try to get their attention I even knock and they look at me and just walk away and so now I’m like okay what the hell. By this point it’s past 11:20 and I have to be somewhere by 12 so I’m getting annoyed that I can’t even enter the building when all I have to do is walk in and enter a code. A guy comes to the door extremely apologetic saying he told someone else to open the door but I guess they didn’t and I just keep walking to get my order. This guy says it’s not done I have like 7 more minutes for the rest of my order, so I stand for like 10 more minutes before finally getting everything and they gave me a brownie thing I guess for having to wait but I swear I waited for a scheduled order for 30 minutes it was ridiculous, 15 minutes standing outside of the door Should have just given me the damn order for free. Walked up to the building at 11:15 and didn’t leave until 11:45

We stopped for a pizza pickup at the store in Leesburg, FL, only to have a slouch-like cashier identified as “Justin L.” on our receipt who said the $7.99 pepperoni pizza would be about $15 for us to add mushrooms. Seven dollars for a single topping add-on? We declined. Justin took our order and identified us as “old couple” on the box – rather than asking for a name as has been the case 100% of the time we’ve stopped at other Little Caesars stores. As for the pizza, it was undercooked and all of its toppings slid over and away from the entire middle of the pizza. We’ll share our photos with the old couples who reside in the other 649 homes in our 55+ community because apparently, we (50-somethings) are not welcome at your restaurant(s). Be better, Little Caesars, for your future customers who will undoubtedly have a disappointing experience at this store. We will not be back!

I ordered food for my disabled grandson. He went in to pick the pizzas and the drink up and they said there wasn’t anything ordered. However, they took the money out of my credit card and sent me confirmation that the pizza was in portal 009. Of course they won’t refund the money. He doesnt have a phone and he said they would not let him call me. I will never order anything from there again.

our cashier we had gone to little Caesars OK, I’m to get a pizza, crazy puffs and a 2 L first of all the moment we walk in there is nobody at the counter understandable so we wait for someone to come and serve us so while we are waiting, she was woman she walks by. She says one moment she comes back she asks us what we want places. The order with us said it’s gonna be 15 minutes. We wait 20 minutes that we go right back first of all she can see me outside of the store we are waiting so we don’t interfere with the other customers. We are waiting outside in front of a door which is a glass door And She saw a walk by didn’t say anything so we going to get our pizza more of the story. She was very rude. She had an attitude problem and our food was cold.
