After a long day at the parks, I decided to place a future order from this little ceasers. Little did I know, this was my first mistake. Upon heading out to go pick up my order around 30 minutes early, I learned that there was a sinkhole impeding traffic which would take more than an hour to arrive. Of course because of this, I tried calling to cancel my order before it had begun. Trying to call the location led me to 3 automated messages ultimately leading to them not answering. I assumed it was just a mistake, but calling 7 additional times would lead me to the same conclusion. I have also tried during different times of the day, on different days, to no avail. I implore you to try calling yourself! I would expect nothing more from this location. Absolute ignorance and lack of work ethic from them. They must have disconnected their phones, which is crazy to imagine. I have already sent a message to corporate on the absurdity of this location. I fully expect them to re-evaluate the staff, and more importantly, the managers that this location has employed. What ignorance and shallow mindedness has led to such an inefficient business. What happens if someone has a problem with their order? An allergy, a hair, a hazard? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This location is absolutely terrible. The “manager” had no customer skills. Went in to this store at 930 and they said they couldn’t take anymore orders cause they had to many orders but I only watched 4 more people go into the store to pick up food. I believe they just wanted to get out of there. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst employees. Phones don’t get answered. Employees will hardly acknowledge you or answer your questions. You’ll also be waiting the longest times possible. Save your money and time and go to the location down the road
Came back by huge mistake. Told the cashier I was picking up for my name and he made eye contact with me, rolled his eyes, and walked away ignoring. Absolutely ridiculous. Yall must be desperately short staffed to keep on employees like these

The customer service is terrible. They tell you 15 minutes & we waited 45 minutes. They were more worried about playing music on their phone & having a conversation than helping customers. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review for someone. Plz save your time & go else where.
