They can never cook the bottom correctly it was whiter then white bread it self ..!!!
Then the cheese being cooked shows they using broiler to melt the cheese and top crust for color to be fooled the bottom is soft chewy and nasty texture and color !!!
I asked for it to run 3x to make crust at bottom well done and melted cheese
They did this on my request many few times at different locations…
I even told the women I’ll be checking it out
Because I realize looking at the restaurant workers, they were eager to leave they were cleaning up. It was like 930 at night ballpark so I’m assuming they were trying to get out of there and rush things.
Not realizing after I told him I was gonna check the pizza up upon my request on how I would like it
I’m not gonna be the person who’s gonna sit there and argue or dispute with the workers
I’m just gonna write a review and send pictures to corporate
And I’m a type of person who will dispute the charges on my account for a proof and evidence that my service and request for product was not given
And as for the extra grease, that was all around not a good flavor not the same as a pizza grease that you’re getting in the New York slice
And as for the jalapeño cheddar, it was so nasty. It was nothing like jalapeño cheddar for nachos. It had been too much preservatives and other fillers.

I am a fan of this places. But last night I went there to pick up my order. When I arrived, the employees asked me for my order number. They realized that someone else, another customer, left with my pizza. I have to wait 15 minutes to get another one. Unfortunately my sausage pizza what’s not good like other occasions. It didn’t have enoght sauce and sausages. Also my pepperoni crazy puffs didn’t tastes good. I’m not sure if yesterday was a busy day for them, but my experience was not good. I hope to get a better pizza next time.

I ordered a pickup order, and they said they couldn’t fulfill it because they didn’t have supplies such as boxes. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I am extremely unhappy with their service. They said they would refund the order, but so far we haven’t received anything. They literally wasted our time by making us go into the store. I don’t know what kind of business they are running, but it is definitely not a good one. I understand this is fast food and we shouldn’t expect much, but this is beyond disrespectful and unacceptable.

Worst pizza ever! I ordered a pepperoni Extra pizza and got this flat, overcooked, breadstick which lacked pizza sauce. The cheese was as hard as the bread. Next time I will go to 7 Eleven for better pizza! This location was great in the past but seriously fell off.

The fact that this is our closest location is upsetting! The staff and managers dont care about the service being provided to customers.. We will officially be driving to Hunters Creek location after today’s tasteless cx service experience yet once again by the staff handling the register.

Been going to this location for over a decade. Quality has gone up as has it’s business!
If you go during peak times, be advised, you will be waiting for 10-15 minutes. I always order ahead to avoid this.
Pizza comes out fresh as there is high demand usually requiring new pies to be baked.
Will continue frequenting this Little Caesars. ✌️

I’ve had a lot of little caesars from all over and this is the worst place I’ve ever got pizza from. The pizza is Dry. Flat. Uncut and doesn’t look right. Also had a funny chlorine taste. Won’t be going back here again.

Was at the store at 10:20 pm (please check cameras) Tried to ask employees for help regarding one of the deals online. After being ignored for about 5 minutes, One employee finally decided to help me order since this was the first time I’ve ever ordered from Little Caesars. It was 10:31 pm it was too late to order online. Employee said “it is not my problem you took to long to order. You can pay full price or get the deal tomorrow” I was going to get the four-in-1 pizza, m&m brownies and a 2 liter of pepsi.The issue was not the $18 that I was getting ready to spend. The issue was the disrespect from the employee. Also the fact that nobody could help me with my questions. Lastly was told there was no manager on duty that could help me. I will never be returning to this store if that’s how employees are allowed to treat a brand new customer.

Bought pizza for my students and some of them seemed to enjoy it but honestly I’ve had better pizza at Papa John’s and Pizza Hut. Little Ceasars pizza just has this taste that makes their pizza taste artificial and sour almost. Not a fan of their pizza at all.
