Horrible experience, i’m a pretty patient person, have worked at multiple pizza shops, I understand things can get hectic…but I called 3 separate times after patiently waiting for over 5 minutes each call. I only kept calling bc the girl didn’t know how to properly place on hold and I could hear the entire conversation the workers were having. And when put on hold I couldn’t even get a word in to let them know I’ve been out on hold 3x and I can hear them. I was trying to tell them before having to post a review. I’m sorry but if youre going to place someone on hold, make sure they’re on hold. And when you do place someone on hold, maybe politely and/or a brief explanation or estimated time not just can u hold and press a button. And the correct hold button. If I was in hold to help another customer, fine, no problem, but when I can hear your conversation and it was pretty clear it was with coworkers,( don’t think a normal customer would be having that type of conversation with an employee). I live literally around the corner. I stopped in bc maybe I was wrong and went to just get a hot n ready pizza. Not only was there no one waiting in line but there was nothing in the ovens ready to buy. Very frustrating! Do better!

Beware! Ordered an Extra Most Bestest Italian Sausage pie, not the amount of Sausage you usually get & haphazardly distributed. They at least got the ‘Do Not Cut’ right. New owner or management?

I had an unpleasant experience at this location with a young lady, Star, at the counter who claimed to be the manager. When I tried to place an order in person, she told me it was online only. However, when I checked online, the item was not available. When I asked for clarification, she told me I wasn’t asking for the correct item and then rudely told me I was welcome to go somewhere else. I believe this was unprofessional behavior, and I hope the management takes note to improve customer service.

Im not sure of the young ladys name at this location, but wow, phenomenal job she did with making my pizzas. Had 3 pizzas, crazy puffs, and crazy bread, all cooked to perfection. Very happy with my order placed on october 6th.

I wish I’d gave zero stars but I can’t. This place has gone down hill ever since the good employee who made the best pizza left i think. my pizza had a large crust then the usual pizza, the pizza tasted awful and it didn’t looked liked it had been cooked right. I have been having pizza here for years now and I’m so disappointed and sad. I will not be going here anymore I guess. I guess I will have to stick with jets pizza In dunedin.

First time that I went into this little Caesars in Dunedin because I moved there and I pacifically went to order a fresh pizza which I want pepperoni and sausage. I waited outside. They told me within five minutes. It’s really strange that within five minutes. You can make a pizza but anyway when I came back in five minutes, the pizza was ready when I got home. The sausages were burnt. The pizza in the middle was a little bit raw. It was really soft underneath. The cheese did not taste good and the reason why I went in and ordered it because I wanted it fresh and my sausages were all burnt when I picked one up underneath it wasn’t cooked. This is a disgrace. I paid almost $13 for that pizza. I don’t know why I pay so much because it shouldn’t have been no more than probably eight dollars the front person she must’ve been you. She all kept on saying I I’m slow at this. I’m slow like this. The manager I don’t know, and the manager was the one that gave me the pizza which I presume the manager was the one that made the pizza supposedly there was only two people in there, the manager in the front girl I just couldn’t believe it that my pizza did not taste fresh. I Believe that someone should talk to the manager and let her know when a client orders something that is those pizza should go out very nice. It was a very ugly pizza. I didn’t even eat the first slice on it. I was so upset about this and I just moved here and my favorite place is Little Caesars, but I will not go back to that little Caesars. You need to put a check on that manager there.

I was offered a half off sale on crazy bread but my total for the crazy bread and a cheese hot n ready was over $11? Also the cheese was too brown and the crust was very hard on my pie. I am very dissatisfied.

I placed an order at 4pm on a Friday night for delivery at 5:30pm. Originally it showed delivery time of 5:16pm. At 5:47pm I still had not received my order so I called the store and asked what happened and stated this was unacceptable as I had placed the order much earlier for delivery. The “manager” stated sorry we got busy, your order is out for delivery. I said yes I’m aware as I’m tracking the order but they’ve made 2 stops and are almost a half hour late from the time I asked for my order to be delivered. The person on the phone didn’t care at all, when I asked to speak to the manager he said “speaking” and then he said “I can apologize and give you free crazy bread” I said how about credit something on my order. He stated “you got your pizzas I’m not crediting the order” I said I don’t have my pizza hence why I’m calling. Then the delivery driver was walking up to the house and forgot half my order in the car. When we got the food it was all cold and had to be rewarded. I’m 100% dissatisfied. This place is awful.
