This place was veey busy on our visit. Usually, I take that into consideration, but we received a text AND an email telling us that our pizza was ready and in the “locker” thingy to be picked up. However, when we got there, my husband stood inside for a good 15 minutes waiting for the pizza. So, the employees just hit buttons to say the pizza is done in their time frame for the computers and they are still behind because that pizza should have been in that locker space when we got there, not just being put into the oven…I mean, I appreciate the hot pizza, but stop finger banging the computer to keep yourselves out of trouble with getting behind. Take the hit and get your act together….If I get a text and an email saying its done, I want to walk in, punch in my code and get my pizza. It would have been the perfect temperature when I got home to eat it. Not the temperature of hot lava where I had to let it sit out and cool off for a good 15 minutes before I could eat it! I had too much to do this day which is why we ordered from here thinking it would be a quick 10 min drive and back…it ended up being almost a full hour. We’ll just order Domino’s next time.

I ordered at 9 pm. After a long 10 hour shift, I ordered in advance and set to pick up at 9:45 pm. I arrive there, pizza wasn’t made. He said one word to me. He was on his phone the WHOLE time, not one smile, not one hello, zero. So not only was my food not ready, it took an extra 30 mins. I was annoyed. On top of that just rude customer service. Please remind your people this is a customer service job, maybe say hi? When I finally got my food, he placed it on the counter and walked away. Not a bye or nothing? Super rude! Food wasn’t worth it. The wait wasn’t worth it. Nothing.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great, other times it’s garbage. I’d give it 3 stars for that reason, but they lose one due to them constantly taking forever. I assume they just give out pizzas as hot n ready then make the pre-paid customers wait. Really shows what they think of you after they get your money.

I hate going to this location. I seem to always have this issue. They need to know this is burnt.
I actually love little Ceasar’s but this location can’t seem to realize by themselves what’s cooked well and what’s burnt.
I usually have to tell them to pull it out early just for them to cook it properly but I did an add on and forgot to mention the puffs being pulled out early.

Clean building…. very polite and cheerful employees… fast service… delicious pizza.. always fresh… variety of drink choices and dips… wings are meaty and saucy never dry… cheese bread is on point…im seriously addicted to the crazy bread.. I recommend this location for all of your quick pizza needs… I can feed my kids for $6 what more can you ask for!!

I got the bread sticks as they used to be really good. But these were so dry and shriveled up. Like they had been reheated and stuck in a microwave. 3 or 4 times they were disgusting. I stopped getting my pizza there. Because the last time I got my pizza there. It was dry and nasty. Guess I won’t be doing Little Caesars at this store. Waste of money.

Worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. Asked for 2 orders of Crazy Bread, “extra crazy” style, and didn’t even get normal amount (pic below). Also, hostess treated us as if waiting on us was the most excruciating experience she had ever had. She had absolutely no personality whatsoever, and not even the slightest hint of friendliness. I would rate a negative if I could.
