I had a wonderful experience at this Little Caesars thanks to a nice young man named Matt who was working the register. He was incredibly kind and respectful, took care of me quickly, and got my pizza out ASAP. Matt even apologized and mentioned he was new and still learning, but you would never know it his positive attitude made my whole night better. He asked how my night was, told me to have a good night, and even said “God bless you.” His kindness and customer service truly stood out. Little Caesars is lucky to have him!

Not only can they not make a pizza to save their lives, they are liars and scammed.
My pizza was oily and falling apart so I put it in my oven. This thing WOULD NOT cook. Something was severely wrong with it. I called them and they absolutely refused my refun. But instead offered me ANOTHER LESS THAN MEDICORE pizza. I was fuming. If your product sucks, why would I want more of it ???
And they were liars. Laughed right in our faces. Absolute TRASH.

Just got home from our local Little Caesars and our pizza is burnt and when we went to pick up our order the place was almost empty. There was one other custom present when I was paying for our order, when the employee slung my change at me. The change slide across the counter and landed on the floor. That is when the employee just walk into the back like nothing happened. I was very angry at this but, I figured the young man was having a bad day. Then I seen that I paid close to $16 for burnt dinner. It’s a shame because my wife and I like to go there on date night every weekend and I don’t think we will return after being treated like I meant nothing to them as a customer. To be real, the pizza looks like it was reheated, we could not even eat this food because it taste the same as it looks. I do think we could ever give Little Caesars my hard earned money again

Wouldn’t have stopped if it wasn’t for their sauces but chose to stop and order, waited in their lobby while 3 others came in behind me and recieves there food before me, only to get all the way home, 40 minutes or more to find out I was charged correctly but given the incorrect product. So call the store hoping to get at least put in a book and compensated possibly down the line considering they can’t simply hand out the correct product to once again be disappointed, because they can only ask the cashier to pay more attention meanwhile I get screwed. Yeah they need 15 an hour. Hopefully maybe they will see this and choose now to correct their mistake. They should go back to the different colored tops cause obviously reading is above the pay grade.

Let’s face it, yes little Caesars is a fast food pizza joint, however at this location they never cease to amaze me. They make a $5 pizza look more appealing than most of the $12 pizza places in the area. Now I can’t speak for all little Caesars restaurants since they are a franchise, BUT this location in particular ALWAYS does an amazing job!

Ordered for delivery 5 meets. They did not look at the boxes. When giving them to the delivery driver put receipt on top pizza, which was not a 5 mate. It was a cheese pizza.The second pizza was correct.
I tried to call them and got one person they put me on, hold and never come back to the phone. For the next forty five minutes, I tried calling back and no one would answer the phones.It would send you directly to online ordering.
I found a phone number to call on the side of the box which put me through the DoorDash, which does not take care of the problem. They will only refund you. Twenty five percent of the order, which is not the price of the pizza I ordered.
Now I have a bunch of people at the house that don’t have anything to eat. Because no one will answer the phone.To place another proper order to replace what they delivered improperly.

All of the food was pretty delicious! I was able to get my food in a timely manner, however I was disappointed I couldn’t use the pizza portal and go.
The main entrance of the location was pretty crammed, and barely anywhere to sit or stand. Outside, it seemed like something sketchy was going on, but we left before anything major happened.
Overall, good food and service, but sketchy area.
