I’ve been ordering from here quite some time & have recently had an unpleasant experience. Upon ordering online, I couldn’t find an option to put a specific vegetable on the side. When calling to let them know, a boy named Alex L told me that there is nothing he could do about it & that I should’ve typed it out online. Mind you, I looked everywhere on the app to type a note & there was no option. Not like Pizza Hut, Jets Pizza, & Papa John’s. It’s really disappointing since I’ve been a long time loyal customer & have always been satisfied with my orders here until this moment. Apparently Alex needs more training.

I’ve been buying from this location for years and they’ve never had such bad service. They got my order wrong, the staff uses a lot of foul language in the kitchen (that doesn’t really matter much, but it doesn’t look good), and I always have to wait, even for a Hot-N-Ready pizza. I think there should be a change in the management of this place.

Customer service is poor. Yeah will not be back. Waited 30 minutes for a cheese pizza..said “oh got side tracked”. Nerve to have another way to tip on the counter. What was I thinking.

I went there earlier today and I have to say that pizza was really good. The dough tasted really homemade (even though it was probably not). The sauce was very nicely seasoned and it was a good composition. Overall nothing bad to say about the pizza except the fact that… the pizza was small, it was really small. Going back to the store again, the lady there was super nice and made our pizza super fast. Not a bad experience!

The manager, James, and his team do a great job at this location. Our church orders 12 pizzas every week from them, and we never have an issue. Top tier service and the pizzas are always hot and ready!!

There was a worker name Madison and she was so rude she gave me the wrong pizza not even cut right and she short changed me and didn’t want to check the cameras to even check how she counted by the looks of it she pocketed the money and it looks like she needs to be drug tested . Unprofessional and horrible service

I worked in pizza many years ago, and I’ve eaten pizza all over this country as a trucker. I have never in my life seen picture perfect pizzas. Like the ones in the commercials, until I ordered from this little Caesars. Not once but twice, the pizzas looked almost too good to eat. Seriously I am impressed. Y’all deserve a raise.
