This lady brother or son came into this place with a live possum on his neck..went to walk into the cook area where they prepare food but she met him before he could continue to far ‘they then proceeded to talk and walk to the entrance area where she then rub the possum played with it touching it all over after the guy walks out – she saw I was watching she then went to pretend to wash her hand no soap just quick let water drip – this was pure performance because I was looking to make me think she washing her just nasty remind you the possum was fully grown with them same hands she then went to prepare food which I cancel my order!!! Yuck I wish I video it but I didn’t expect her to touch it….nasty

My husband came home tonight with little Caesars pizza. And I can’t believe my eyes this is what they are serving for crazy bread. It looks like some child just rolled up some dough and put it in a box. It’s not even cooked. You guys need to get it together or shut down before you get somebody sick… yeah, your pizza is cheap and so is the quality as well as the hourly rate you pay your staff . Because they have no pride in their work, the pizza he brought home was cut like they played with it like they were cutting Play-Doh . A kindergartner could’ve done better work and then on top of all of that My husband was told That They don’t have change What kind of place. Are you guys running? NEVER AGAIN! This has been the most frustrating experience ever. Not only was ordering online a pain in the ass because it didnt process the card we used(banks fault) but when we fixed the issue with the card, it still wouldn’t process it and then wouldn’t let us use another card. I had to delete everything and refresh the page and do my whole order all over again. Although that’s not this locations fault, it set the tone for how the rest of this went. Hubby picked up the order and when he got home, none of our pizzas were right. We ordered 2 pretzel pizzas with cheese sauce and a thin pepperoni. We got 3 regular pepperoni, so hubby went back to have it corrected just for them to tell us they dont have any ingredients to make the pizzas we wanted…and my question is, so you made a completely incorrect order instead of just calling me to tell me you couldnt make it??? Anytime ive ever ordered pizza and they were out of what i ordered the location called me to inform me and see if i wanted anything else before ever making anything. Idk how they thought this was okay. We got a refund but did we really considering we wasted gas TWICE? And ontop of it, they took the 3 pizzas back?! Like yall couldnt even apply that refund and at least let us keep the other pizzas for the trouble? I will never order from this location ever again. Completely Unprofessional, a huge headache and waste of time.

I have been trying to order. That’s the up 499 online deal on 2 separate occasions in the last week. Neither time did the code work, but you can only get this deal. If you placed online so finally this time, I called the store talk to a very rude employee. That basically said he doesn’t care and doesn’t know how so then I asked to talk to the manager, and he basically said the same thing that he has no control over online things. But at the end of the day, the manager could have honor the price. Especially seeing that, I have tried to Get it, this deal on two separate occasions. I work in the food industry and yeah, that is just completely unacceptable customer service.

Absolute 0 stars all around. I am writing this on behalf of my husbands anger right now. We ordered over an hour and a half ago on DoorDash. We sat waiting and waiting, my husband kept checking DoorDash and finally once the third dasher responded to my husband they said that on little ceasers end- the order was cancelled. After contacting DoorDash and speaking with a rep we found out it wasn’t DoorDash that cancelled the order and the order was in fact still active. It was little ceasers. This is unbelievable to see the lack of any dignity done while working for a company. All the employees working tonight should be fired because quite frankly this shows that they do not give a crap about orders or people’s time. This is not the first time this has happened with this little ceasers. I blame the managers- and they should be held accountable. It’s just blatant stupidity and lack of any care in the world. It’s pathetic all around. This little ceaser sucks.

It’s cheap, tastes ok enough to eat (Get free packets of seasoning called, “Zap Pack”. Sprinkle it lightly all over any of the pizzas! Very tasty! Makes a “night and day” difference in taste!) and the staff are a bunch of kids at the cheapest pizza place in town! We get what we get !

I Always get pizza here the pizza is good due to the location it’s always busy they should hire more people I give a hand to the one or 2 staff workers that make it happened they should definitely get a raise they be putting up with big waits and rude customers professionaly but I will come again
