Crappy place, people who don’t work there, major food violation, (someone’s boyfriend) was in the kitchen talking, flirting, laughing as the pizzas were burning in the oven. No handwashing after sitting around talking and touching everything, they keep burning pizza because they were just sitting there talking. Girls on the phone. Won’t be here again. Super unprofessional. Pizza was supposed to be done at 8:30 on app didn’t get it until 9. It was only one girl with red braids, who actually made the pizzas, doing all the work while all the others just lazing around while all her hard work burned to the ground.

Ordered from little Caesars. My pizza came all destroyed. I called them they said not my fault. I’m unable to eat it not only was it all tossed around the dough on the pizza and bread sticks where under cooked. I will NEVER order there again! I’m out of my money and no lunch!

The only complaint I have is twice now I have gotten my Stuffed Crazy Crust with pepperoni and extra cheese…. I got a few bites that were so spicy I couldn’t taste the rest of my pizza.

Been ordering from this location for a while and have been satisfied. There was a mix up last night while ordering and my food was given to the wrong person via DoorDash but I called the store and the manager David expressed his concern and apologized and let me have my food no charge the next day. Shoutout to Lucia who was able to help me with the issue the night before and wrote my name on their wall.

Looked a little dirty for the area in Naples but looks are deceiving…the customer service was great, very friendly and courteous despite my walking in right before closing. Pizza was fresh and as far a Little Caesars go was really really good. I really appreciated the kindness of the workers and their attentiveness to the customer.

I tried to order a pizza on line like I have for many, many weeks….Today the site said , ‘unable to complete transaction. Please call the restaurant to place order’.
I called the restaurant, told them the issue which they said they were aware of, and I gave my order and was quoted a price 2.50 higher! When I mentioned, “No, the pizza I am ordering is the 9.49 Stuffed….” she replied well our on line prices are lower. I told her I was trying to use online but it’s not working. She said well the price is $11.99 in store …I said , but I’d order on line if your site is working. Her response…..maybe try door dash or grub hub….??????
And Little Caesars loses yet another customer over a simple to fix issue……
You need to do better. I’ve ordered a pizza almost every Friday from LC for the past 4-5 years. This and your personals response has me saying , “never again”. How hard is it to say, “Yes we are aware our website is down and we will honor the online price in store.” (shouldn’t be a difference anyway….)
I’ll write another review about the other local Little Caesars and the issues I ran into there causing me to switch to this LC.
You know, maybe its time to give Jet’s pizza a run.

We ordered a pizza tonight for supper and went to pick it up. To our surprise the pizza looked funny. All the toppings were raw except for the pepperoni. We ordered pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and onion. There is no doubt that they took an old pepperoni pizza and added the other toppings and warmed it up. Disgusting and shameful practice.
