Was supposed to be well done and exta sauce. The first one wasn’t even done all the way let alone well done. After some convincing they remade it. I checked it and was cooked well done as I requested. When I got home to eat it there was almost no sauce. It wasn’t edible. I have ordered it this way in metro Detroit and it turns out fine.

Once again the service at this Little Caesars is completely ridiculous. The incompetent Young man with all the tattoos on his neck has failed to complete his simple task of putting pizzas in the oven for the second time. Last Sunday I ordered four pepperoni pizzas at 11:30 for a 12 o’clock house meeting. 18 minutes after ordering the pizza I went to pick it up, he told me he sold all the pepperoni pizzas he had and he had not even put the 4 in the oven. Unfortunately we went without food for our meeting because it was too late to order from somewhere else. Figuring I would give the place another try I ordered three pizzas at 11:20 went there 15 minutes later and once again he hadn’t even put the pizzas in the oven. Then on top of it he tries to degrade me with an attitude while telling me I need to find God! I called to speak to a manager and he continued to be rude to me on the phone before I was able to talk to Antonio. Who did not try to remedy the situation at all, or apologize for how rude his employee was. I won’t be back there ever again

I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed on your website for delivery via DoorDash.
While the delivery driver was professional and helpful, there was a significant issue with my order fulfillment. I ordered a 2-liter bottle of soda, but received only two 20 oz bottles instead. The driver informed me that he attempted to resolve this at the store, but was told no he could only bring me two 20 oz in place of the 2 liter.
When I followed up with the manager, I was told that because you were out of stock, the two 20 oz bottles were considered a sufficient replacement, that providing enough 20 oz bottles to equal a 2-liter was not possible due to cost. I find this unacceptable. If an item is unavailable, it should be reflected on your website to prevent customers from ordering it. At the very least, someone should have contacted me to discuss a resolution rather than unilaterally deciding to provide less than what I paid for.
The lack of communication and the refusal to properly make up the difference in volume is very poor customer service. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Walked in during peak lunch hours for a fresh LC pizza-pizza. Friendly and smiling ladies were working. Clean restroom available and this location had crushed pepper. It’s the little things that set this location apart from the others. Thanks ladies, name on receipt says Terri.

The crew at south Cleveland blvd. In fort Myers FL are amazing at hospitality . Customer service is crap, the girls there didn’t acknowledge me until they were done with their conversation. When we called to see if we could switch our online order from pepperoni to cheese no one answered the phone. We thought we might have a chance to switch from pepperoni to cheese(cheaper), but they didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas available.
