I don’t know what they did differently, but my steak and cheese buffs were dry. The pepperoni ones that we ordered was dry. I called up to the store to let them know like there was no cheese in the puff, and all she told me was, oh well, the batch came in a little thin this time. No, offer to take them back. No offer to refund or fix the issue. Nothing.

A “10 minute” thin crust pizza took 40 minutes. It’s definitely not the fastest service we have had at this location. It was so slow that there were 10 people waiting in a small area and there were more people working than the last time we came. There were no hot and ready pizzas in the case.

The time before this visit, I overlooked the quality of the 2 pizzas I brought home. They were definitely not fresh out of the oven. But this time–I’m done. The experience was worse. The only hot thing was the pizza portal I removed them from. It was downhill after that. Both pizzas were old and cold. Disgusting. And to think I spent money on them two times. No more.

To walking from the front to the back to make pizzas !
She was tucking in her shirt into her pants.. scratching her head all with no gloves in .. then she grabs a red scooper to start making pizza’s! She never once washed her hands or even put on gloves .. yea I’m still waiting in the lobby with others on my food !!

Great customer service… WORST pizza makers of any location I’ve been to. The ingredients are haphazardly thrown on the pizza to where they aren’t evenly distributed. Just clumps of ingredients randomly, half a pieces don’t even have ingredients on them. And the pizzas look like they were cut by a toddler. And this is like the third or 4th time this has happened

Not only are the prices twice what they were, 5.00 to 10.00 for a pepperonia pizza, But NOW they have No TASTE! It was awful, my dog and my cats would not eat it,. so I gave it to the racoons they ate some and spit it out. NOT GOOD!!!
