I placed a delivery order today for buffalo wings and 4 Cheese Crazy Puffs. I paid $3.99 for delivery plus tip. When I bite into the cheese crazy puffs it was pepperoni, I’m allergic to pork. I called to let them know and he didn’t even apologize. He asked me what I want and I said I want what I ordered. He asked me if I will come for it, not after I paid for delivery. I ended up taking a refund because of the attitude of these people.

Been here several times…you literally have to check your food with sealed labels before leaving because they will put a pepperoni sticker on sausage pizza (or puffs). Also, I order in the app to avoid long wait times. Ordered at 3 for a 4:00 pick up and the food still wasn’t ready. The manager was very unprofessional and condescending when I spoke to her.

This location messed up our order today and when I called the store to tell the manager I was missing half my order and the other half was burnt and I didn’t want to feed it to my kids she hung up on me twice. When I called back she told me she was to busy to deal with it right now I needed to wait 10 minutes and call back. I took the pizza back to the store and she yelled at me as soon as I walked through the door. She told me all the people in the lobby was here before me and I needed to wait my turn. While explaining what was wrong with my order the manager on duty Jahkayla told me she didn’t have time for white people like me right now. She refused to serve me or give me my money back per her manager Trish over the phone even after law enforcement showed up. And then I was trespassed from the store. I then went and got pizza from hungry howies which I received excellent service and delicious pizza on the first try. Warning go to this location at your own risk the store is under poor management and they do care not care about customer service.

I rarely eat pizza but I had a taste for the crazy puffs.. I suggest ordering through the app or online and use the tracker to see exactly when it will be done. The pick up was smooth and quick no waiting at all and I paid with Apple Pay on the app. When I got home my food was still hot and delicious. The puffs were exactly what I expected.

If i could give no stars I would. I came in on friday. To start, my service was disgusting. My order didn’t get taken until I waited about ten minutes in drive thru. When I finally got a chance to order, my service was rushed, and the male workers was disrespectful, cutting me off multiple times. I tried to ask a question, and he slammed the window in my face. I waited almost an HOUR for my food, and when they finally brought it out, it was cold and burnt. I got the new puffs, a slice sticks, and crazy bread. The puffs were so sad, I wouldn’t give it to my dog. In fact i tried to! He spit it out and would not take it! There should be NO reason my puffs look like this, this is false advertisement. My bread was rock hard and i almost broke my jaw trying to chew it. When I tried to call the worker back over to my car, he ignored me. I will do all i can to make sure people avoid this pizza place. Terrible “management.”

Got the pan pizza it wasn’t cooked all the way also didn’t have enough cheese on it to flow to the edges to cook and be crispy. I was traveling from Tampa to the east coast picked up the pizza to bring home for the wife and me to eat for dinner. We’ve done this before and it was good, but disappointed that I paid for extra cheese and got a order of cheezy bread which didn’t have enough cheese to cover the dough and wasn’t cooked enough raw. They cooked my order then lost it couldn’t figure out where it went it was sitting on the counter they said it was someone else’s. For $25 dollars I think that the food should have been cooked properly.
