For a “Hot-N-Ready” zone, this location unfortunately never seems to have items at the ready. It appears that management keeps ready stock low, to no crazy breads or or just 2-3 pizzas at any given time, resulting an 15-30 minute wait for menu items that should be ready at any given moment. I’ve been going to, and have had the same issues, with this location for several years. It’s just frustrating on the way home from a long shift, just wanting the mission statement of little cs, which other locations deliver on consistently everywhere except this location. Food is, Little Cesaers, so no complaints there, however the wait here is so frustrating might as well go to Hungry Howeies or Pizzahut, with the pricing being a negligible difference, and now, wait times too.

Little Caesars in Bartow does make good pizza, but staffing has been always an issue. The location is not the best and waiting is the issue. Yes should have ordered ahead but felt 10min wait was reasonable but it ended up 30min. The crazy puffs are good but I recommend getting some sauce to go with them.

Had a frustrating experience at this Little Caesars. I waited over 15 minutes just to find out they never took my order correctly in the first place. When I asked about it, the employee (pictured) had a massive attitude and acted like I was the problem. The customer service was terrible. I don’t expect luxury service, but basic courtesy and competence shouldn’t be too much to ask. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Tried Little Caesars again (Hot-N-Ready as usual), and once again, the experience was underwhelming. The pizza was somewhere between warm and room temp, dried out, and three slices were missing cheese on the bottom. There was way too much tomato sauce, which threw off the whole flavor. This is my third time trying Little Caesars, each time at a different location, and it’s consistently been mediocre at best. At this point, I’m done patronizing unless they step it up.

Very good prices! But the only pizza worth the hype in my opinion is the stuff crust. Everything else is ok. The bread and stuffed bread is sooo good! The wings are mediocre but not bad.

The food is good but the staff was very rude to my wife. Whoever works the night shift should be fired we always have a problem with the night shift crew. The Bartow store will never get my business again. Needless to say we went with Papa John’s that night. Like I said food is good but your staff sucks.
