First of all I’d like to say that as a customer, I appreciated how clean the store was when I entered. There were 2 employees who were very friendly and both went out of their way to explain the different options available to me. Debbie and Jessica in my personal experience deserve to have a placque with pictures for the awesome job they are doing. Will make that store my favorite.

Hands down best little Caesars in Pinellas. I was having a terrible day I wanted some cheap food and I stopped in and got a pizza. Ms. Debbie was so cool! She brightened my day with some good conversation and a smile and she was quick and efficient with making sure I got what I wanted. The pizza was better than any dominos I’ve ever had in my life, the crazy bread is the bomb, and the place was clean as heck! Surprised, honestly. I’ll be back

I came in at 12:30 pm yesterday and had great service. The pizza was hot and ready and Debbie was great. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service. She is a fantastic example of what it means to provide exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back and ordering from this location.

Their bread sticks and marinara sauce to die for. Great job with the new menu!!!!
To top it off, the staff at this location, the best ever. Debbie and Jessica are to be praised for their customer service!!! They are impeccable people! Love Love Love you guys!!!

I went to the location 10835 102nd Ave in Largo on October 20th 2025 @ 2:35 pm order # 1048155.
I called my order in before I left work knowing it would be fresh and hot me being only 10 minutes away. Once I arrived there was only a lady named Debbie there. I stood there patiently knowing she was answering the phone making and boxing the orders, after about 3 to 4 minutes later a gentleman came in walked by me and this is when she asked him to help me he walked up to the register and I thought he was clocking in and maybe then he would assist me. He then without saying anything turned around and sat down. I said nothing. Deborah asked if he had helped me. I said no, he ignored me. He then started telling me that he asked if he could help me??
I calmly said you did not ask me anything. At this point he cursed at me telling me there’s the door. I calmly asked him for a number to complain about his rudeness and cursing he stood up and like bent over and says I’m Mack I’ll even spell it for you and he did actually spell it .He said go ahead and complain it comes to me and I’ll throw it away. I did stay for my order because my wife wanted to try the cheese steak puffs. At this time the lady came out gave me the puffs she said his name is Jack This is the rudest manger I have ever came across. Well Jack I guess you will read this but try to throw it away if the franchise owner would like to contact me my number is on the receipt # 1048155 this guy needs a Vacation badly, Worst service ever!!!!! Thank you Debbie you were helpful and nice. Sorry about the conditions you have to work in.

The customer service is not up to par. I’m very disappointed. We waited a half an hour to get our pizza that was placed online ordered 15 minutes before we got there No one had checked on it even when we went up to the counter and asked they just said OK. No smiling face it seems like they are under staff three people there but the guy who was working the counter seems to be the manager, but no customer service at all. This is the first time that I have given a place one star I usually give places a benefit of the doubt. Very unsatisfying customer here.
