I’m not even sure how they got bread sticks to look this way. They look like dog bones They are actually super thin in the middle They had no seasoning whatsoever on them at all none of the parmesan nothing It was just plain dough. Alternatively, The crust on the pretzel pizza was so oversalted that it was in edible. I’ve gotten both of these items at other locations made considerably better. Really disappointing

fanceroni pepperoni is nothing like the advertisement. Employee laughed at me and said thats how they get you. Asked for a refund and was ignored. I wont be coming back except to wait for that employee to get off work some night and he can tell me that again. Advertised as 100 old world pepperoni. Mine had 28.

I ordered online before 5 pm for a 6pm pickup. When I arrived 5 mins till 6 I was told my order would be ready in 3 mins. 20 mins later I finally got up to ask what the deal was to find out my order was sitting in the warmer the whole time. A bunch of stoned kids running this place.

I did my order on Uber eats but there was no way to add pepperoni to my cheesy bread, so I called ahead to see if there was a way I could do so and they still get their money for the extra topping… Anakin was very polite and helpful he even assured me he would make the order himself so it would be correct . I did not get what was advertised on the menu. I was supposed to have more meat on my pizzas but it was barely any on the Italian sausage. The quality felt like cardboard and looked so colorless. It was a let down because the last time I had the Little Ceasars it was awesome, but from Orlando location. I got it for my daughter’s birthday and it was just sad. We don’t believe in wasting food, but I took my last so she could at least have take out. I hope by my review you improve the quality of your food.

The store is brand new and already dirty … NO pizzas ready… So we had to wait ..said would not take longer then 15 minutes took over 30 minutes …….the original employee charged us for 3 pizzas instead of 2 and the wrong pizza kinds…….. the manager refunded the mistake but informed me the refund may not be available for a few days so I was just out the 30 bucks until then he was not very apologetic about the entire situation so zero points for customer service…when the manager re-rung the order he mischarged us AGAIN because we got the promo 2 crazy bread for 5 dollars and he charged us 6 dollars the second time around ..I decided to take the dollar hit and not have him do ANOTHER void and have even more of my money missing out of my account …. We won’t be back to this location but we are Little Caesars addicts for life!!!!!!!!!!
