This places as gone to hell. The employee use to be very nice and polite. Not anymore. Ordered a pepperoni pizza online and received a barebones cheese pizza. I took it back and they acted like it was my fault that they gave me a cheese pizza in a box that was clearly marked as pepperoni. The supervisor, Jasmine, was extremely close lol and disrespectful. She tossed me the pizza like she was mad. And no apology for their mistake. No, where sorry for you inconvenience or anything. Looks like I will be finding a new pizza place from now on.
Whoever owns this place needs to look for better employees. The ones currently working there are horrible.

The pizza itself was good, but the service here was terrible. I was told my order would be ready in about 3 minutes, but I ended up waiting around 25 minutes. The employee at the front didn’t seem to care and was very slow helping customers.
To make things worse, the pizza I ordered was actually given to someone else, which caused even more delay. Overall the food was fine, but the customer service really needs improvement.

I used to regularly come to this location for pizza but after the last few pizzas have come with 25% more crust than ever before and the toppings cant even stay on the pizza half the time I just can’t keep supporting this business, I have recently switched to New York New York Pizza up the street because they actually serve you pizza worth eating.

Words can’t describe the level of ignorance you will experience when ordering inside this location by a young man who lacks the ability to perform the Job. I’m not sure if he is on the spectrum or has just used “playing dumb” as a personality trait throughout his life without correction from well minded adults. There is NOONE managing this location. Everyone there seems to be related because the blood seems thick when it comes to the few that I’ve encountered the last couple of times there. However, the main one lacking incompetence is always on the register when I visit and can never complete a customer transaction with the assistance of one of the other staff/ relatives whom all seem to be “slow” and look it. Idk how corporate can’t see this in the numbers. I’m not sure who’s doing the hiring , but they too may very be slow and should not be in positions over the public’s food. It’s not safe.

I decided to go pick up my pizza instead of delivery today & I am glad that I did. When I entered the establishment, it was apparent they were in a lunch rush and very very busy. Jordan was behind the counter and also helping the employees in the back cook at the same time. Their composure was cool, calm, and collective, they were fast, attentive, and most importantly kind. Even with a slightly angry customer, they never stopped smiling or being kind. My food was five star worthy as well. I’m very thankful to have met Jordan today, I needed the smile & warmth that they embody. I’ll be coming to pick up my pizzas from now on. Thanks guys, keep being you.

Usually the pizzas taste great. However the last order was not so good. The beef tasted off, low in quality and much saltier than usual. Nothing like we were use to. I really hope this doesn’t become a new habit.
