Who owns this store!! Pathetic! I’m not sure who is making pizzas here but they OBVIOUSLY need to be trained cause I’m pretty sure they have zero idea of what a pizza is supposed to look like I mean paying 1599 for a stuffed crazy crust and the pizza was about as thin as a credit card and plain crust no butter or seasoning nothing I’m definitely gonna be going to a different location for a while

I don’t like the idea of going on a whole rant, I think it’s a bit dramatic. But I’m writing this all out to make sure the person who reads reviews to see if this place is worth going to know, that it isn’t. Do not go here.
This little Caesar’s needs a whole new team. The store is seemingly ran by a bunch of young teen boys, I’ve seen a young woman there and she was kind, but there’s only been one semi kind young man there. There is typically these two or three teen boys who are rude, and hardly can make the food. I’ve had two pizzas from there, both undercooked, straight dough on the bottom And one time I got these pizza bites and they legit obliterated them. Opened the box and it was spilled everywhere, also undercooked and when I brought it back in they gave me some new ones that were just sitting there already, lukewarm. I’m 21, dealt with plenty of young costumer serviced workers, and this team is among the worst. Will not go back. Bad costumer service is one thing, but they can’t even make the food properly, it’s insane.

Haven’t been to a little Cesar in a long while. Stopped at this location (not expecting a great pizza) but as per my normal I ordered it well done. The kid behind the counter had the audacity to charge me extra for well done… now I could care less about the buck or whatever it was but I’ve been ordering my pies like that my entire life and it’s never been an up charge.. later that night my wife decided to call about it she asked for the manager and was greeted with just “hey” what kind of customer service are you people trying to demonstrate here? Just to be clear I don’t want anything back.. no money, no replacement pizza but I’m tired of handing over my hard earned cash and not getting what I paid for.. next time I even think about picking up a pizza it’s not going to be little Cesar’s pizza. Oh and BTW, the pizza wasn’t even cooked well done.

I was extremely disappointed by my visit to Little Caesars last week. I came for the pretzel crust pizza (because that’s the promotion, and I saw a sign in the window, and I checked in advance to verify that this location had the pretzel crust), but when I arrived they told me that they didn’t have any today. I was disappointed because I really came for the pretzel crust, but I had already planned on getting pizza, so I ordered an Extra-Most-Bestest (which I’ve ordered before, and, while it’s not as good as the pretzel crust, is still good). When I got home and opened my pizza box, I was shocked by how little toppings there were on my pizza–there was a good inch or two of crust without any toppings all the way around (picture attached). If I’d ordered the normal pizza and it had that little toppings I’d be disappointed, but I paid extra for the Extra-Most-Bestest–which in theory should have more toppings. All in all, Little Caesars really let me down, and I don’t know if I’ll go back to a Little Caesars anytime soon–Pizza Hut is a little more, but at least they have promoted items and consistent quality of pizzas.

Got my order completely wrong I ordered two extra most bestest got that I ordered parmesan wings I got that and I ordered to 20 oz drinks and cheesy bread I only got the two pizzas in the wings got two 2 liter and no cheesy bread they just really ignored what I said when I make my order and just gave me what they wanted to give me and then told me I would have to come in to get my refund which I already paid gas for someone to go and pick up my pizza SMH do better Little Caesars

I ordered 2 extra most bestest bacon pizzas. The crust on most pieces were thin it was like eating cardboard. Then on a couple of pieces the crust was thicker like it usually is. I called the store and they offered to re-make them. don’t live near the store and I’m recovering from an accident.

Quality of the pizza itself went down the drain. That’s not me being unrealistic by comparing it to more expensive pizza joints. That’s judging it with that in mind. In its own right. The bread sticks have became completely worthless. My dogs don’t even care for it. They’ll eat it. But barely. Lol
