New store manager and he is so amazingly knowledgeable and helps so much and speaks both English and Spanish very well multitasking every time I go in he just does not stop moving around very polite afternoon crew is very efficient at what they do I recommend this pizza place to everyone.

I was in a hurry and decided to try this place for the first time. Aaron greeted me politely and showed me what he had ready. I ordered a lunch combo with crazy bread. It was hot and ready, but I was surprised at the quality of the ingredients and the freshness considering it probably wasn’t made at that moment. Grab and go spots with quality like this are rare. Will return.

Love this place, especially the front counter guy Jay, makes every customer feel special , twice i went in there and twice he made me something that no other location offers, to elaborate, I dont eat pork and their new cheese puffs come with pork , twice I came in without notice and he had them ready to go for me with no pork its like this guy knows when im coming in lol, the main reason I come here is because his level of service, thanks again ,your awesome brother

BEWARE this location in Wesley Chapel tries to scam their customers. The lunch combo with drink costs 6.49 and the employee was trying to charge me over $9 for the pepperoni combo. When I questioned the cost he said they charge $2 extra for the drink that is already included. I have been getting this pizza and drink combo for 10 years and I’ve never heard of a location trying to charge extra for the included drink. The combo used to cost $5 and now is $6.49. With tax $7 and change but not $9. I went straight to the location in Land O Lakes and they charged the usual price with no up charges. The employee argued with me and was insisting this was the correct price. Another customer Waiting for their food. Also was arguing with this employee saying it didn’t make any sense. The price he was charging didn’t make any sense, but he insisted it was the right price, and wouldn’t do anything about changing it. We’ll never go to this location again. Horrible Customer service, as always.

The whole point of Little Ceaser is to go in, grab a box and leave. Unfortunately this location does not seem to keep up with Hot and Ready’s. The employees were nice, but having to wait 15 minutes for a cheese and pepperoni is not ideal, when I can just order from many other pizza places nearby.

Ordering process and pick up is easy. Food quality at this location is the worst I’ve ever had from any Little Caesars. I ordered one pizza and 2 of orders of breadsticks, picked it up and brought it home. While I recognize that some “hot and ready” style food may be cooked in advance, the food I received at 5pm appeared to be cooked (or not?) that morning. Breadsticks were hard, dry, tiny, and only had 4-5 per pack.
I do enjoy little Caesars when the food is at the quality in which you would expect, but this location missed the mark by miles.
I provided my feedback to the auto email they send you after you pick up your food that ask “how did we do?”. No response from that feedback. From my experience with this location, they do not care about the organizational goals. If every L/C’s produced the same experience I had from this location, the entire company would crumble quickly.

I know some of the reviews have been on the lower side, but I can say I’ve experienced some of the things mentioned, BUT I have noticed improvements! I think they have heard our feedback back and are on their way to being great again! I would still recommend this location!
