My God…. What happened to the Chicago Deep Dish pizza…….Absolutely disgusting today. No sauce, pizza crust has to be can biscuits and the ole world pepperoni was an absolute joke.. I ordered the deep dish with 4toppings and extra cheese and a cheese pizza. Ya”ll bamboozled me. I had to remove the sad dry toppings from the said to be deep dish add it to the cheese pizza. Total waste of time and money. I will not ever again.

STORE NEED REEVALUATION. I’m not one to complain but after waiting about a hour many times and currently in the store watching other people complain about waiting over an hour and NOT ONE person has been served or order out in the portal this is insane. Orders never consistent and is always late in timing. Workers NEVER come to the front until about 10 min later if you standing at the front. They see you and walk straight pass you. Just watched one guy take a pop out the fridge and just leave. Workers are currently casual talking and cussing blasting music singing and joking about us sitting here waiting. Been coming to this store for about a year now and sadly I love lil Caesar’s but this the only one close by otherwise I wouldn’t come back. Looking at them dancing right now. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS cause now it feels like they’re making a joke out of us waiting and feels disrespectful. I’ve worked in the pizza industry and I know it doesn’t take a hour for one order. I’ve literally seen one order get completed in the past hour. PLEASE hope this message gets received by someone and something changes about this store.

If you scroll the reviews, the owner only responds to positive reviews which is representative of why this location has gone downhill. Been going here for years but it’s been bad the past six months or so. Order takes forever to make and the pizza tastes rubbery. And then when you pick it up it’s mainly teens just sitting around talking and laughing with a line out the door. They don’t even acknowledge you. Just returned home and found that my order was wrong once again; should’ve known I need to check the boxes every time now before leaving. As a bonus, the pizza was hard/inedible as seen in the photo even though I was in the store when it was loaded into the portal.

Location not the greatest, Very limited parking spaces at the time I went. I Had to park a long way from the Store. Service was Great / Fast. I Ordered the Pretzel Cust Pizza, Never again, way too salty and tasted nothing like a Pretzel. Location & Particular Pizza I ordered caused the 2 rating. Fast Service and Great Staff is the only thing that saved it from being an even lower rating.

Very rude and I’m sorry to say disgusting experience. Stopped quickly to grab a few hot an ready pizzas after my son’s guitar lesson as he requested pizza. My son has leukemia and must remain isolated, so left him in car. The notion of quickly in and out was reason I stopped. Anyway, after ordering and paying, was told 10 plu minutes wait. Told cashier Mt issue and asked what I could grab and go. He had to call manager foe refund and she was rude, despite me apologize constantly. In the end was provided old and dry pizza that was inedible. When contacted corporate, their response was simply we will address. Sorry Little Caesar my son’s cancer is an inconvenience for you.

This location has gone WAY downhill. One pizza and wait 45+ minutes constantly. Cant get topping right for regular pizzas. Forget the salt so many times on the crust for the Pretzel Crust pizza. The shift workers don’t care and are almost always chatting among themselves or on the phone watching reels or something. This location lacks management and if you want good pizza with good service, avoid this location for now.
Edit: Manager Nicole fixed pizza. Looks and tastes much better.

I love this pan pizza when it’s fresh, my bad for not looking closely and being in a hurry to get it home. Two pies, dry, over cooked, and so little sauce that it’s like eating dry bread with a a little cheese on it.
Here I am with disgusting pizza from this horrible place again. I did learn my lesson, my wife who does not eat it thought she was doing a good thing bringing it home.
Last time the Dade City store was kind enough to throw this stores pizza in their garbage can and make me a hot fresh pizza.
This store should fire the entire staff including management and start fresh or just close the doors. I am 20 miles from there right now and too tired to Bring it back so it too will go in the trash can, uneaten.
