Location not the greatest, Very limited parking spaces at the time I went. I Had to park a long way from the Store. Service was Great / Fast. I Ordered the Pretzel Cust Pizza, Never again, way too salty and tasted nothing like a Pretzel. Location & Particular Pizza I ordered caused the 2 rating. Fast Service and Great Staff is the only thing that saved it from being an even lower rating.

I had amazing service tonight. The staff were very friendly and even kind to my younger children! Love the energy. They even delivered the food to my car due to my foot being in a cast. Great customer service – whoever’s raising those young men are doing great 🙂

Came here Saturday night 7/22/23 to pick up my pizza ordered though the online portal and realized my it was completely wrong, which, understandably happens sometimes. Drove back and went in and was saddened and discussed to see how a woman (who was clearly in charge) was treating all of the employees and guests. All the other employees (working the register, making the crazy bread and assisting, etc.) were super kind and were working fast and hard. They each deserve acknowledgment for putting up with such awful treatment from one of their own coworkers. The woman in change was slamming trays, screaming at the employees and kept making rude comments towards the waiting customers. At one point she yelled that they wouldn’t be so behind if “these people wouldn’t put in such big orders”. Her behavior was more than just a stressful situation coming to surface, she showed rude, aggressive, belittling and extremely unprofessional behavior. I would never have put up with that type of treatment from a loved one let alone an employer. We come to this location regularly and have never witnessed anything like this, but definitely think it needed to be mentioned. Again, it wasn’t just a stressed out employee trying to get caught up, it was someone who should not be on change of people (let alone working there) if that’s how she treats others, especially young employees who were working effortlessly to get the job done. We tried calling more than once prior to coming back to save time but there was no answer. We called inside and realized that they’d turned the ringer off. We waited inside for about 30 minutes for my pizza and she literally spent that entire time unnecessarily screaming, slamming and criticizing. I think the men and women in prison get treated better than this employee treated them, and I believe that this location will eventually suffer if she’s left in charge.

40 mins over on pick up time. Spent that time watching pizzas being made and nobody’s names being called. In the end, I ended up with cold and burnt pizza which had barely any sauce on it…

Wow!! I have had pizza from this location and many other locations before and the quality of the pizza today was superb. It was maybe 2-3 minutes late from the time it estimated, but that does not matter to me. The lady in the back was working her tail off by herself completing all these orders and made some of the best pizza I’ve tasted! Will be back next time when it’s pizza night.

The only place that charger customers extra $$$ if they request light sauce on pizza. ($$$ more ) when saving you guys products is humorous . and ridiculous! reducing sauce should not be an additional charge. It is not a premium ingredient that warrants extra cost. It is a basic element of the pizza that customers should be able to customize without being penalized financially. This practice seems like a cheap way to make an extra buck, and it is not customer-friendly. Pizza places should focus on making their customers happy and satisfied, not on nickel-and-diming them for minor requests.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks and 1 pizza was hardly cooked .it was nearly raw dough . The other pizza was okay but wasn’t cut . The breadsticks were not at all up to the normal standard. And when I called to inform them of their quality product I’ve yet to speak to someone that’s why I’m writing this review. I’ve called 4 separate times and no one answers. That’s also why I placed order online because nobody can answer the phone.

Saw a commercial for a hot and ready thin crust pizza. Tried calling 1st to make sure it would be ready. They never answered, even after 15 rings. When I arrived, they did not have any thin crust pizzas ready. I asked the manager why she did not answer the line. Her response was, “I don’t answer the phone when I’m busy.” Funny thing is there were no customers in the store. This is a loss of business and a terrible way to treat paying customers.
