I have never had an issue with this LC. You honestly know what to expect with what you’re purchasing. However, today was a totally different story. The pizza looks like it laid its life on the line for us. It’s crumpled, cut, and stuck to the box. I’ve never received this low of quality.

Our pizza was ordered at 6:10, picked up at at 7:03 did not get delivered until 8:10?!?! The driver actually picked it up amd went further from our house. Pizza was cold terrible. Bread sticks were okay I guess. I worked 14 hrs today and was starving so thankful for the bread sticks. Need to do so much better. Waste of $45.

We had a not so happy experience last Sunday. Two pizzas weren’t even cut! Try cutting hot pizza on your own. Another was scorched in the center. Picture a 4″-6″ circle burned. This pizza was a little burned on the crust, but not bad. I just can’t figure out how they burned the middle and not the rest of the pizza. Needless to say we didn’t return this weekend despite being Football/Pizza Day.

The food is still good but most of the workers like they are lazy. Many times we went there just for crazy bread at 7-8pm. Only to be told they were out and would not be making any more. Sometimes we were done for the night. Some worker just seemed like they hated their job.

worst Little Caesars ever , this store is sad they can’t afford napkins, or any of the usually condiments that go with pizza, no red pepper, sprinkle cheese packets. nothing is ever prepared for lunch. if they tell you it will be ready in 15 mins , it takes 30 min. some one buy this franchise and save it. just a horrible failure.

The last several times we’ve ordered, the cheese pizza has been burnt to almost inedible. This time, not only was the cheese pizza burnt, so were the pepperoni pizzas and cheese bread. We’ve tried to give them several chances, but this will be the last time we order. What a waste of money.

I was VERY disappointed today. I ordered two large pretzel crust pizzas for my family for dinner, along with an order of Crazy bread. The online ordering was fairly easy even for someone technologically challenged as i am. The pizzas were ready on time and the pickup process was seamless. Unfortunately, i didn’t check the order because i was in a hurry. That was my stupid mistake
I arrived home to find that only one of the pizzas was pretzel crust. I double checked the receipt and the order email to confirm that it wasn’t my error. It was not. One of the pizzas was on a regular crust but with the cheese sauce, salted, and pepperoni. It was exactly what i ordered EXCEPT for the crust. The pretzel crust was the primary reason i ordered it.
I called the store and waited on hold while my family ate the one correct pizza. The ONLY remedy i was offered was to return to the store with the incorrect pizza and then to WAIT while they made the correct pizza for me. I asked if they could make the pizza in advance so that when i arrived with the incorrect pizza, i could just grab the correct one and leave. I was told no.
So, let’s recap: your employees made a simple mistake (it happens) but then i am completely inconvenienced at every turn and then your “solution” to make the customer happy is to have me wait at the store while you make me the pizza i ordered to begin with!?!? And i should be satisfied with that?!? That is unacceptable. There are no fewer that 6 pizza restaurants in my small town!! Your pretzel crust is wonderful but it is not THAT wonderful. It’s disappointing that you care so little for your customers. You certainly lost a customer today.
