DO NOT I REPEAT DOOOOO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME . Spend a few extra dollars for a NY style pizza but don’t waste your money and time here. You place an online order to get there and wait another 45 minutes for your order and then check the order to not be cooked fully . Everything slid right off my pizza , I waited 1 hour for 1 pizza that came out BAD. My kids had their grandparents call me that’s how long I was standing in the store waiting for a mobile pick up order . THEY DO NO SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH . I asked how long my order will take and if it’s going to take another 20 minutes which it did and to be processed a refund and all she could say was “idk” . I called the store to speak with a manager got transferred to 3 different people and then they hung up on me. I will genuinely make my own pizza at home , little Caesar’s has fallen off the planet.

Placed an online order, got the pizza quick however Whats the point of quick service if the pizza is made poorly. They don’t bother to even slice the pizza anymore and cook it properly. Not to mention, when you order in person there seems to never be anything ready and you have to wait 20 minutes +.

I ordered two pizzas and crazy bread from this Little Cesars. Upon picking up my order and arriving home, I noticed one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. I immediately called the store. When I called the store I was passed around to three store employees including the manager because no one wanted to talk to me about correcting the order. I felt it was you got a “pizza” so take it even if it was not the cheese pizza with pretzel crust. Like really its a cheese pizza, not hard to make it right. Manager ends up hanging up on me 3 times then forwarding my calls to their corporate call center. Extremely incompetent employees and Manager. Terrible employee attitudes and completely unprofessional behavior. Would not go to this location. Also read the other reviews on this store. Not Good!

Guy didn’t want to take our order so he hid my husband finally said excuse me 100 times he took our order then DRENCHED our bread sticks in oil and garlic I tried calling a manager but “nobody speaks English” this is ridiculous

Never order anything from here I’ve been standing here for an hour and a half already and nobody knows nothing and all of the customers are here want their money back because the employees can’t make the pizza we’ve all been standing here forever. This place is horrible the slum of Fort Lauderdale

Took my grandkids for pizza after a day at the pool, it was their request so I took them to get it. They got a cheese pizza and pepperoni all for 12 dollars and some change, and they loved it…

Unfortunately, as a returning customer I had an unpleasant experience and rude staff member by the name of Sergio today while ordering my pizzas. Recently this location re-opened due to updating restaurant. Primarily, the first day of reopening my order wasn’t baked properly and a reorder on my next visit was completed. Sadly, today the order wasn’t acceptable as the crust was ripped and torn out of the normal pan rim so I requested a remake. Also, the remake was requested with the two extra toppings I paid for. Due to the pizzas still not satisfactory I requested a refund. Sergio was unprofessional and rude while I was waiting to be refunded by verbally stating to me that “ You made me make 4 pizzas”…..while biting his lips as though he was going to do some me. As I explained to Sergio, it is very rude and unprofessional to speak such an unprovoked comment to a consumer that is requesting a refund because their food or the food quality doesn’t meet their standards. I also shared with Sergio that I have been coming to this location for years and I have never had anyone speak or say such a negative feedback to me in a disrespectful manner such as he did this afternoon at 2:06 PM. Next because Sergio was so rude I did ask him for his name. He refused to give me his name however I did have my receipt that displayed his name based on the refund that I had requested for, so I am leaving this post in effort to ensure that his director or his supervisor or Corporate reviews this Message online and address his behavior towards paying consumers.

My order wasn’t correct and I asked for it to be fixed or refunded. Only to be told I’m not fixing or refunding it that’s the way it’s supposed to be. I ordered crazy bread xtra wet only to get dry bread without anything on it. This is not the way you do business or treat your customers. Reached out to corporate and got no response.
