They don’t even fill the sauce to half the size of the containers. Pizza was undercooked as they might bein a rush to close for the day. They gave me a pre-made packet of breadsticks and it was NOT made for my order as per the label on the package. It was just sitting in the warmer for a while. I’m not sure how long

Also, don’t even dare to ask to use the restroom because they have it only for employees and they’ll shout at you for even asking to use it

Nasty attitude, very unprofessional and pathetic customer service. I wish i could give them zero stars.

Every time I step into Little Caesars, I notice a recurring pattern that has become frustrating to both my patience and my appetite. Despite calling in an order well in advance—sometimes even hours earlier—the pizzas are rarely ready on time. Instead, the employees, who are predominantly Spanish-speaking, seem to move at a slower pace, almost as if the urgency of the customer’s time is not a priority. What should be a quick pick-up often turns into an extended wait that feels unnecessary and avoidable.

The issue lies not simply in the delay, but in the sense of disregard that comes with it. Calling ahead should logically streamline the process; the food ought to be ready when promised. Yet somehow, the moment you arrive, you are told to wait even longer. This contradiction between expectation and reality highlights inefficiency in the way the staff operates. The lack of coordination and swiftness reflects poorly on the establishment, suggesting either inadequate training or a culture of indifference toward customer satisfaction.

Although the employees are polite enough, their deliberate slowness creates an experience that feels more like waiting at a government office than grabbing a pizza. Customers walk in anticipating “Hot-N-Ready,” but instead, they find themselves staring at the oven timer like it is a clock counting down their evening. When the service is so consistently sluggish, it undercuts the very brand promise Little Caesars built its reputation on.

Ultimately, the frustration isn’t just about waiting; it’s about the broken trust between the business and the consumer. If a customer calls ahead, they should be able to rely on their order being ready when promised. If that trust is constantly broken, then the business is failing at its most basic responsibility. For that reason, I would give this location a zero-star review if I could. No customer should feel like their time is wasted over something as simple as a pizza order, and until the service changes, the experience will always be disappointing.

This is the worst lil ceases I’ve ever been to! I ordered online and the order was supposed to to be ready at 1:12pm they tried to give me a old Luke warm pizza around 1:50 after I already wanted my refund , was told I can’t get a refund from the store because I paid online on lil ceasers main website. Ordered pizzas one for $6 one for $5 and something for an additional $8 all together. This woman gonna tell me my total is $51. I looked everything on my calculator and it was supposed to come up to $21. Immediately I asked for the $10 I was about to spend on pizza after taking the other things off back and walked out. Service is terrible. Absolutely would never recommend.

The food is what you would expect from a place like this but the service is extremely poor. The most rude and a mouthy people I’ve ever dealt with. There is no structure. The employees don’t even care about the line, they will just skip and deal with whoever they want to and when you have problems they don’t like to fix them they get mad and tell you that “I’ve never heard someone complain so much in my life”. If I am spending my money I have to write to make sure that at minimum my order is right and my order was not right. Not only am I not going to this one but any other Little Caesars I see. I will pay more to get better service going forward. Please stay away from here pay the extra 5 to $10. It will save you a lot of headache and grief.

The girl who serves with orange hair who prepares the pizzas and serves the people who pick up their orders is the worst, she made me wait more than an hour, and she did not care that there were people who came to pick up even without an order after me, and she left me aside without giving me my order until I complained and after a long wait she gave me my order of pizzas and did not even have the decency or the courtesy to give me a sauce as a courtesy for the wait, I feel that the management of this Little Caesar branch should check their employees and give them a customer service course, because people like this girl are the worst, I recommend that if you go to this branch avoid the orange haired girl at all costs, zero customer service skills!!!

They don’t know how to move the line, they take forever to take your order or even acknowledge you and always a long wait even when there is little to no costumers in the store.
