(3) This is the third strike at this location. We are never buying from this Little Caesars location again. (I only order because my son requested. Even though I told him they messed up our order the last time. My fault.)

I ordered slices and sticks and it was just made like a regular pizza. There was sauce throughout and this half that should have been slices was not sliced into steaks and the jalapenos were unevenly distributed. The dipping sauce was not sent with this pizza. I also ordered a slices and sticks Detroit style and it also did not come with dipping sauce. I also ordered a third pizza with this order. All three were not baked long thoroughly. This is my second time ordering and not getting food prepared as expected.

I ordered delivery. If I had gotten this food as takeout I would not have left the store with it.

This location needs to be retrained in food preparation so they can deliver a consistent quality product with consistency. Sales and repeat customers will increase.

My order was # 1248243 placed at 7:01PM 3/4/26

(2) I wasn’t going to originally write this review, but since I had another recent bad experience with Little Caesars Wilton Manors, I’ve decided to share in order to give more context.

I ordered a stuffed crunch crust with toasted breadcrumbs Pizza. It came just as a plain pizza crust. No bread crumbs on the crust, nothing different. Also the pizza was supposed to have ham and pineapple and it had pepperoni and pineapple on it. I called customer service, which is doordash, and they informed me that they would refund me for that single pizza which came out to $8 and some change. The total order was $30.55. After 12 days I was refunded $4 and some change. Approximately half the amount that was told to me over their so-called recorded line. Why record a line if you’re not going to do what you’re telling me (Door Dash)? It’s really just the principle of this for me at this point.

This was order # 1237938
5:45 PM 1/28/26
Store Location 476

(1) Now this is the original review that I alluded to above. It’s the first strike against this location. Very minor, and I’d forgotten about it, but with my recent orders having huge errors it’s been brought back to mind. This happened about 1-2 years ago.

On this order I purchased two pizzas, cheese crazy puffs, and chicken wings. It was a takeout order. All the food was fine except the chicken wings were missing. We had been given a box crazy bread by mistake instead of the wings. I discovered this after we had returned home. We ate the other food. I returned to the store to bring back the crazy bread and get a refund for the wings. The person at the register told me that they couldn’t give me a refund and that I’d have to return the next day after 10:00 AM to get a refund from a manager. I would be working during this time so that was not possible. After a week or two I just forgot about getting the refund. It was a mistake and it was very minor.

The lady boxing the pizza on January 5th around 6:12Pm was extremely rude . My pizza was well done which I did not ask for . She sucked her teeth and walked away and called for the manager. Her attitude was horrible and was literally throwing the pizzas in the box . Will not be returning to this location! The picture was taken still inside the store .

Never waited an hour on Lil Caesar’s pizza until tonight. The cashier didn’t even take our order until I was around waiting for 30 mins. I was the first in line but they let the store fill up before they came to take an order. They were more worried about the Call-In orders rather than the walk-ins. Plus, I think they were short-staffed. This will be my last stop at that location. I’ll choose a different one next time. The only plus, the pizza was hot & fresh which is why I rated the pizza itself 5 Stars. Everything else was a bad experience.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Little Caesars. I ordered a Slices-N-Stix pizza and it wasn’t made properly at all — it looked like a regular whole pizza instead of half pizza/half breadsticks, and it wasn’t cut correctly. My buffalo wings also came with no buffalo sauce at all.

When I returned to calmly address the issue, the young man at the front (Hispanic, black hair) was extremely rude. I work in the food industry myself, so I understand mistakes happen and I always try to be respectful. That’s exactly why I waited to come back when the store wasn’t busy. Still, he spoke to me with attitude, questioned my order, and acted like I was bothering him even after I explained I ordered through the app.

When I asked for the pizza to be remade correctly, he refused and said the most he could do was add sauce to the wings they forgot in the first place. That’s not acceptable customer service. If the food was made wrong, the order should’ve been corrected without an issue.

I also want to say this: we looked about the same age, and as someone who works in food service, I know customers can be difficult sometimes. But you can’t let that affect how you treat people. Staying professional is important — especially in this area, where not everyone would have responded as calmly as I did. Some customers would’ve taken his tone as full disrespect, and the situation could have escalated.

This location seriously needs better training and management involvement. Corporate should take a look at this store because the quality and customer service are not matching the standards of other Little Caesars locations.

I understand it’s a Saturday night and business is usually fast and exceptional but tonight There was no line I walked in order my pizza and waited 15 minutes like I was told. I got home opened the box and found that after I paid for this pizza is when they stopped caring. The pizza was cut in the most ridiculous shapes and sizes. The rush in cutting my pizza like there was a race to get to me, unreal. Pizza is a food that is shared, everyone who doesn’t have an understanding of that should not be cutting pizza. Careless cutting pizza is what I was not expecting when opening my pizza box tonight. Being mindful and careful should be part of Little Caesars trademark going forward.

Pizza is good but not worth the long wait. This location can get very busy. They are under staffed most of the time and are stressed out due to customesrs being rude and impatient. I called to place my order. Still had to wait an additional 20 minutes to pick it up once I arrived. Apparently if you call in and pay cash in store you still have to wait. Was not told that over the phone. I recommend going to another location or another pizza shop.

Little Caesars never disappoints! The pizza is absolutely amazing, always fresh and delicious.

Not only is it a great value, but the staff at this branch are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Whether you’re in the mood for a classic pepperoni or something a little more adventurous, Little Caesars has you covered.

I highly recommend stopping by for a slice or two (or three!) and experiencing their fantastic service for yourself.

My roommate had ordered a pizza online and I went to pick it up, not knowing about the QR code system to open the plexiglass cabinet. I waited in line 5-10 minutes just to talk to the girl at the counter. She was absolutely clueless about where my pizza was. I gave my name and she even repeated it but did not seem to know how to use the system to look up anything. After wandering around the store like a space cadet for another 5-10 minutes she asked the woman making the pizzas where mine was. She then had to look through the system herself to find it, which took another few minutes. She then opened the cabinet right next to the register and my pizzas were in there the whole time. I will never wait this long for reliably bad pizza again.

The Spanish speaking lady during lunch is the rudest ever. She wanted to charge me to cut my pizza into smaller slices, A two dollar charge. Shame on her, I doubt company policy is to charge for slicing.
