I order from this specific little ceasers location very frequently, sometimes mutiple times a week. They’ve messed up my order multiple times but we’ve stuck with this location due to the fact that it’s the closest location to where I live. Today is when I will finally stop ordering from this location because I ordered two pizzas, one regular pepperoni pizza, and a custom pizza with half pepperoni, and the other half meat. I also ordered it with the stuffed crazy crust because who doesn’t love stuffed crust right? After I get my pizzas, I come to see that the “stuffed crust” pizza doesn’t have the stuffed crust that I ordered and it has little to no toppings. I’m surprised they didn’t mess up the normal pepperoni pizza, because I’m surprised these cooks can even handle a simple pizza order, let alone actually cook it. Then I’m expected to return the pizza, and exchange it for the pizza that I ordered? When I already live far enough to be receiving this absolutely abysmal customer service? Only come to this location if you want your ordered messed up, and your money stolen. Don’t be surprised when a slice or two is taken out of your pizza too. This location sucks.

I ordered a meat and pepperoni pizza with three meats, and they gave me more pepperoni than meat. The girl, with a bad attitude, told me that was the size and that she doesn’t know how to speak, so they need a better person who can speak.

Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good either.
The staff at the counter don’t care if you have entered there and have been waiting for more than 10 minutes or just got it.
Some will use facemasks, while others don’t.
There are no welcome messages such as “welcome to little Caesars”, so don’t expect politeliness at that store.
Never go by the slot of 4-5 pm because pizzas nor crazy bread won’t be ready.
The crazy bread wasn’t bad but Domino’s bites are way much better.
The pizza was ok, at least well sliced and pepperoni equally distributed.
There’s no place to dine in or seat to wait for an order. The store doesn’t accept bills greater than $20.

9 times out of 10 they will get your order wrong. And the 1 time you do get the right order, it’s completely undercooked. Avoid at all costs.

The wait time is horrible it doesn’t matter if you do an online order it’s never ready when you arrive still have to wait 20 mins or longer it’s so sad, they never have pizzas already ready they tell everyone 15 mins and it doubles or triples that time they need to do better
