Not the first time at this particular little ceasers, because it’s my home little ceasars. So this time was odd, the associate who was taking our order seemed like it was her first day. The process of ordering two yes 2 pizzas took 15 min. She had to call someone from the back to take our order and it was still an issue. That’s why it went down to 3 stars. On top if the 15 min to order 2 pizzas it took a additional 20 min for 2 pizzas from a place where they make sure your pizza is hot and ready!!!!

Rip-off — charged for food I cancelled, no refund, no help
This Little Caesars charged me after I CANCELLED my order by phone BEFORE delivery.
The staff said “too late” and refused a refund. My bank closed the dispute because the store didn’t provide refund proof. I do not recommend this location — they charged me for goods they didn’t deliver and won’t correct it. Avoid this store.

I want to share the absolutely disgusting and disgusting experience I had ordering a pizza at Little Caesars. I ordered your delivery service hoping to enjoy a delicious meal, but what I found in my order is something I can never forget. I almost bit a dead fly!

As I was enjoying my pizza, about to take a big bite, I noticed something strange about the ingredients. To my horror, I discovered that there was a dead fly camouflaged among the toppings. The feeling of nausea and revulsion that washed over me is indescribable. It is unacceptable and inexcusable that a reputable restaurant would allow something so disgusting to happen.

I feel deeply disgusted, betrayed and violated as a client. The fact that he was about to eat that dead fly is totally unacceptable. Little Caesars has demonstrated an alarming lack of quality control and attention to hygiene. I can’t help but wonder how something so repulsive could have happened in such a well-known food chain.

I demand a full and prompt refund for this traumatic and disgusting experience. Furthermore, I am determined to take legal action and report this incident to the proper authorities. There needs to be a thorough investigation and proper action taken to prevent this from happening again and other customers being exposed to such disgusting situations.

Negligence on the part of Little Caesars is unacceptable. Not only did they endanger my health by serving me a contaminated pizza, they also ruined my appetite and confidence in their brand. As a consumer, I deserve to receive safe, quality food, and this was clearly not the case for me.

In addition to the refund, I expect a formal apology from Little Caesars and a detailed explanation of how this disgusting situation occurred. I also urge the company to take immediate action to improve its hygiene and quality control standards.

In short, my experience with Little Caesars has been a disgusting nightmare. Nearly biting a dead fly on my pizza is something that should never have happened. I hope you take this matter seriously and make significant changes to ensure that no other customer has to face such a disgusting and traumatic experience.

Made a online order For 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread. When I picked up I wanted to make sure the breads were not burned because usually they are. I noticed they were dry No sauce at all. I asked the cashier to please add sauce that they were clearly dry. Diana came out and wanted to charge me. I told her no need to charge me if they actually need the sauce they are dry. She gave attitude and told me they are not dry even after I showed her they were. Very unprofessional . Diana was very rude. Iam not a happy customer it’s as simple as providing for me ( The customer) and simply put some garlic these dry garlic breads. She just turned her back and left. Diana provided me with very low service . At the end I took home dry garlic breads. Thank you Diana for your poor service. I will now not come back.

Just left this site 132nd & Biscayne because of poor service. 3 people were waiting for service, a worker came from the back, didn’t even acknowledged us, put some orders to be picked up and went straight to the back without taking our orders. This is after waiting for 3-5 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. Will not be coming back.

Apparently I’m not the only one complaining about wait times. Probably the biggest and most common complaint for this location. 17 people waiting…most for an average of 20 minutes. Never coming back here. Reporting to corporate to see if management does their job. June 29, 2019 10:02 pm is time stamp. I arrive 10 minutes prior. Left @ 10:28pm. UNACCEPTABLE!!! 26 Min for a pepperoni pizza!! See pic of receipt.

Employees Not using face mask waow all the time !!!! This place is gross Also she is inside serving food, no using gloves no nothing, her personal hygiene says it all, his clothes are dirty he seems like a homeless person…I’m leaving I’m not going to eat this pizza !!!!!!
