I placed our take out order over the phone on 04/06/24. Whoever took our order (male) need to learn phone etiquette. He responded with “what do you want?”, that’s not the proper way a business should answer the phone..smh..
Anyway, I wanted to try the new puffs so I asked for the cheese ones along with a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and a regular half cheese & half pepperoni pizza. And it was disappointing to come home to see they gave me the pepperoni puffs. I couldn’t eat them, because I don’t eat pepperoni nor tomato sauce. My meal was ruined.
The person that took our order needs to be re-trained. We don’t normally have issues with this location.

Customer service is terrible every time I visit. If that isn’t bad enough, I got the most greasy pizza and THEY LITERALLY DIDNT EVEN SLICE THE THING. Avoid this place at all cost.

Placed an order online for pick up. Upon arriving, the cashier took my name and handed me my order. It was supposed to come with a side of red sauce that was paid for. When he handed the sauce to me, I was shocked to see that it was way less than halfway full. His response was “the manager trips when we fill it more than that”. This isn’t the first time this happens to me at this location and usually they give me a full one but this is just ridiculous. Other locations fill the cup like they’re supposed to and I’m guessing this location only fills it to the top when said manager is not on duty cause it’s hit or miss here. I hope this manager in question is reading this. Yes you! It’s sauce, not extra cheese, not extra meat, not extra veggies, but just sauce that’s supposed to be included with the order whether it’s crazy bread or this ridiculous Batman Pizza Calzone love child. I’ll probably get 2, maybe 3, good dips out of this before the cup is empty. You seriously need to reevaluate your cost priorities because I seriously doubt that filling the cup will adversely affect your food cost.

My pick up order was good but they shorted me on the sauce. Not worth ordering crazy sauce until this they fix this. I do usually like how they make the other stuff good luck hope to see improvements.

Hard hours of waiting, nobody attends 100 percent, I understand that there are only 3 working for so much flow, but at least there must be an answer for such a long queue and online and live orders

Walked in.. No one in the restaurant at all.. Waited literally 6 minutes for them to even come to ask what I wanted.. The supposed worker!! BOOKIA S. Yes that’s name.. Is always very rude never greets the customer nor talks at all. Nor has any manners.. literally the whole time on her phone.. Plus when she gave me the change she gave me dollars only no change and put it on the pizza not in my hand..Called corporate to get her out! She’s rediculous at working! And everyone else who works there pure disgust and so rude!

Called in an order. Upon my arrival I had to wait several minutes to engage with an employee, then my order was wrong. I had to wait for a replacement & the toppings were sparse on both. After leaving I realized I had been overcharged. I frequent Little Caesars in other locations & typically they’re good, but this location didn’t work out for me .

This is the absolute WORST little Caesars in the world. The pizza taste like rubber with cheese on top and the crazy bread looks like a noodle and did not even put the cheese garlic on top just look at the picture. The kids ended up spitting it out.

DO NOT GO to this location, the service is pathetic. After I ordered my pizza a few minutes later while I was waiting outside for my order to get finished another employee gave my order to a complete stranger then lied about giving me my order. Thankfully I was able to have them make me another one. To make a long story short go to OTHER Locations cause they will treat you like the customer you deserved to be treated like, first class.
