Quick with your orders and pleasant atmosphere. The pizza itself is still Little Caesars, so if you don’t like it, it isn’t going to be any better if you get it from here. But, it’s one of the more efficient locations.

I’m very dissatisfied with this place. I used to come here to buy pizza because they had them ready, but lately they’ve been taking a long time since they don’t have any pizzas ready. Today I arrived and it took them 10 minutes to take my order, and then I had to wait 30 minutes to get some simple pepperoni and cheese pizzas. They should pay more attention and have more pizzas ready. I waited almost 45 minutes for this order.

I love how convenient it is to order thru the app and by the time I arrive at the store my pizza is hot and ready. Never had any issues with my order in this store. The staffs are friendly and their pizza price is reasonable. The pizza portal is actually cool. You put in your code and out comes your pizza! pizza!

Slowest Little Cesars in Miami. They are always understaffed which causes orders to be delayed. They prioritize walk ins over online orders placed ahead. Overall poorly managed.

Arrive to pick up my order from the portal, food wasn’t in the portal so I waited inside with at 5 people and waited almost an hour before my order was ready, and non of the employees even said a word to anyone inside waiting. The employees knew we were all waiting to be helped, but I guess they assume if they stay in the back maybe we’ll go away! I got helped almost an hour into my wait only to see my pizza was placed in the portal 15 minutes earlier, but the portal didn’t display my name so how could I assume it was my order when they employee place orders in the portal and immediately go to the back and not say a word. I finally got help 50 minutes into my wait. I will never go back and spend my money there if this is what kind of customer service they’re taught by management.

1 Crazy Combo® and didn’t make the pizza so I ask them what they can do for me and if there was a manager. There was a guy and women that couldn’t give me their name or give me their manager information… They need to get better customer service. ASAP and know what they are doing

THIS particular little Cesar’s is really bad. Usually they give very little sauce in their pizza. But this time, I got a pizza with ZERO sauce! They gave me cheese bread in the shape of a pizza. Go to literally any other Little Cesar’s.
