I’m still upset that I had to throw away 1 pie and a half in the trash. I ordered thru Uber eats and when I opened it, I saw dry old pizzas with barely any sauce and just plain disgusting. My kids were so disappointed when they tasted it. It’s a shame that 7-Eleven pizzas are way better than the ones lil Cesar are selling. Never again. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

Very poor customer service. I ordered for pick up at around 8:15 and arrived at 8:30 my pick up was for 8:42 but my pizza was put in the portal infront of me at 8:37 when i checked the pizza it was cold. As in sitting for at least an hour. I told the attendant who didnt say a word but swapped it for another standby pizza. The pizza itself looked fine i didnt think anything of it until getting home and feeding it to my son which wont even eat it because its cold and hard. You can tell this pizza was sitting for an hour due to the sauce being dried up 100% not fair.

Today I ordered through the mobile app at 4:59pm and when I got there at 530 it said my pizza was ready and they didn’t even start on it the cashier the young men was very helpful but I don’t know who the short white lady with the brown hair is but she was very disrespectful when you talk to her about your order and once it became 6:05pm I just asked for a refund I will never ever come back to this restaurant again. You guys need to train your employees to have better customer service and stop talking in Spanish so much in the back while making the food out the customers first everyone in there was waiting over 45 minutes for just pizza is sad when they tell you it only take 10 to 15 minutes

I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they throw the sauces carelessly, but they also ignored customers even though the store was packed. Instead of trying to manage the situation, one of the employees actually started arguing with me, which was completely unacceptable. The lack of respect and customer service made the whole visit frustrating and unpleasant. I will definitely think twice before coming back

I ordered the Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni Pizza. First of all, they didn’t add the sauce on the crazy crust it was only stuffed. They added it after it was already cooked which its supposed to be cooked onto the crust. Secondly, the pizza had a burnt/dry spot right in the middle of it. I asked the attendant, Christian, if they could remake it because it looked dry. He said he couldn’t do that and he wasn’t going to do it. He claims all he could do was refund the entire order and have me pay for a whole new order so they could remake it. I would’ve had them refund the entire order but the last time I did that I NEVER got my money back and had to issue a claim that’s still pending. Then, Cristian had the audacity to argue with me that I took too long to pick up the pizza and that’s why it had the dry spot. No, it had a dry spot because it was cooked improperly with NOT enough cheese/sauce! I have never had an issue with dry pizza after it being left in the warmer. And if that’s the case, they SHOULD have a sign stating “Pizza will dry out if left in warmer for whatever time” OR the attendants should advise the customers OR maybe the temperature in the warmers are too high if its basically drying out the pizza!! I asked for the attendants name and for the managers name. He lied and said it was on the receipt which it wasn’t. He also couldn’t even provide me a corporate or customer service phone number. He only gave me the name of his Manager, Nayate. I will definitely find a way to get in contact with Corporate because the customer service at this location is really just terrible along with how the pizza is cooked. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Terrible experience with the lady who serves customers, she refused to give me a bag to carry my 2-liter sodas. I needed a bag because I had two and six pizzas And she told me it wasn’t her obligation to give me bags. Honestly, terrible customer service. I think it’s the establishment’s obligation to provide bags to everyone That you are making a purchase in the establishment and need it

The cook in the back and the young man in the front both have thier hair uncovered. Asked them to put thier hair up and he looked at us like we were stupid.
Lots of people waiting phone going off like crazy but who could hear it with the music that’s playing. They are partying not working. Won’t be returning to this branch.

Waited for more than half an hour just to place an order with only two persons ahead of me. At first I thought it was oil from the pizza but it turns out to be hot sauce. There’s no hot sauce on the menu so I’m only guessing that someone was eating their lunch while making my pizza. Just unsanitary. Waste of money I’ll never order from here again. That’s beyond nasty.

Please shut this place down! Ordered pizzas for a kiddie party and cheesy bread for myself. Grey hair was all thoughout the melted cheese!!! Stomach retching level of GROSS!!! Not to mention I ordered cheese and pepperoni pizzas in advance and still had to wait 20 min. What happened to Hot n Ready?!?!

I placed an order with Little Caesars for 8:30 PM pickup but arrived early at 7 PM since I was already in the area. I let the girl at the counter know that I placed the order for 8:30, but I was going to go ahead and wait while they prepared it. She told me, “Give me a couple minutes to prepare your order,” so I sat and waited. An entire hour went by with no update. When I finally asked how much longer it would be, she told me I had to wait until 8:30. If that was the case, why not just say so in the beginning instead of letting me waste a whole hour? Then when I asked to cancel the order, she told me only a manager could do that—and the manager wouldn’t be in until the next day. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Never again.
