Usually, I have a better experience! Usually, I have a better experience! But today I had a young man tried to offer me a hot and ready pizza that was already sitting there and I advised him I wanted a fresh one. Explicitly advised him because I never take the hot and ready pizza that’s there and I go to this location at least 2 or 3 times in a month.
So I went today and told the young man I needed a hot ready pizza freshly made. I did not want the one that was sitting at the front. I go to my car directly outside park directly in front of the door for about 1015 minutes and come back and I get my pizza. I checked when I’m on the way home as I don’t live far but I was already near my house and this pizza is not PIPING hot like it usually is every single time I get a hot and ready pizza.
So then I called the store and a person answering just says “Hey”… Absolutely no professionalism absolutely nothing to indicate that I called Little Caesars Pizza and then when I told him I knew he didn’t give me a hot and ready pizza I get put on hold and there’s absolute silence.
So yeah, I called the corporate office because one thing you’re never gonna do with me is play with me or my child’s food. How dare you!

This business has undergone a significant decline in quality compared to previous experiences. The product currently offered is materially different from what long-time customers were accustomed to receiving.
The pizza is now prepared very thin, Italian-style, without clear disclosure or notice of this change. Additionally, we ordered “Extra Most Bestest Cheese,” yet the amount of cheese provided was minimal and did not reasonably correspond to the product description. In my opinion, the labeling and presentation of this item is potentially misleading and does not accurately reflect the actual product delivered.
As a consumer, I expect transparency and consistency between what is advertised and what is served. When expectations are set by specific product descriptions and those descriptions are not met, it results in a poor customer experience and a loss of trust.
Based on this experience, I will not return and cannot recommend this establishment. There are other businesses in the area that maintain clearer communication, consistent quality, and greater respect for their customers.

Little Caesars has truly earned my loyalty over the years, and my recent visit reminded me why! From the moment I picked up my order, I was greeted with a warm smile and outstanding service from the cashier, Joseline. She was friendly, professional, and made the ordering process a breeze. The store itself was spotless — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and up to date.
This location has been my “home” Little Caesars for quite some time, and their consistency in generosity, quality, and customer service is absolutely out of this world. It’s comforting to know there’s a place we can always count on for great people and a great atmosphere.

Worse workers in this location. I walked in and this lady was just staring at me angry. No greeting no smile NOTHING like I’m the one she mad at. She’s doing this too all the customers that came after me. Tapping her long nails on the counter. She’s handling the food aggressively by slamming my order on the counter. On top of that she doesn’t even bother to cut the pizza up in slices. There’s like 5 other ladies in the back big chilling and running their mouths and not helping at all. I had to wait 15 minutes for a “HOT AND READY” pizza and crazy bread. I know the manager know who she is. She needs to be gone cause she will have this nasty and distasteful energy every day and with everyone. It wasn’t even busy in there and I was the only person in there. Management needs to watch her on camera. Management needs to handle this cause there will be more bad reviews because of her and it won’t be from me. There’s pictures below of my experience. Terrible place to grab full mainly because of the manager Who has no ethic or respect for the customers. The Cuban manager, who is also apparently the cook instead of finding a solution to a problem, he escalated the situation and even insulted me while I was there getting in face and raising his voice with intent to fight me. Place wouldn’t be that bad if it wasn’t for the management there who has no idea what they are doing.

Horrible experience! The Pepperoni Cheese Bread had no normal cheese. The guy said it’s made with just parmesan and pepperoni…. This is a straight up lie. It was a dry bread with some pepperoni on top. It’s supposed to be exactly the same as the Italian Cheese Bread but with pepperoni as well. I’ve purchased this same product many times from this same location and others. The guy refused to replace it with a $5 pizza even though they cost the same. He only offered to remake it, while repeating that it was already made correctly. I left without the remake because he kept saying it would be the same. Terrible customer service. I expect to receive what I’m paying for… not whatever version of it this guy decided to invent that day…….. On a side note, the pizza was also extremely undercooked and doughy as you can see in the pictures.

The food is always great at this location, however, it is extremely hot inside and having to work in those conditions is inhumane. I feel for the employees. They’re doing a great job and in extremely hot conditions where even breathing is difficult. I had to step outside to wait for my food.

Walked in and few people were waiting around, nothing was ready. Asked about the wings they said 30 min wait. The counter is also empty, the place where sauces are supposed to go is also empty and covered in 2 inches of dust. Not what you want to see ordering food.
Got home and it looked like a 3 year old cut the pizza, had every shape except a slice.
