The front of the location was a mess this evening, with a large number of angry and dissatisfied customers, myself included. The location could benefit from improvements, such as hiring more staff and providing better customer service.My pizza sat there for 40 plus minutes along with other customer’s food because the employees were refusing to call out the names of the pizzas that were ready. Not only that, their portal wasn’t even functioning. I will go out of my way to go to a different Little Caesars. Worst part, once I got home I noticed one of the three pizzas that I ordered was wrong. I ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni but got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The crazy bread tasted fishy and not fully cooked.

I found literal rat poop in my order. This is disgusting and unacceptable. It looks like it was intentionally placed in the box. My receipt says it was made by staff member Carlos, check cameras and fire him immediately. I saw someone else’s review saying they got sick multiple times eating here… I bet it’s because the employees are putting rat poop in the food. What was the purpose in basically poisoning me?

I specifically order cheese steak puffs and another order of only CHEESE puffs. I went over with this Spanish boy like 3 times because he doesn’t understand English. When I finally went to pick up the order, i heard him repeat my order before I paid and he said “you have cheese steak puffs and pepperoni puffs.”
I said what? No…no pepperoni! (I do not eat pork!!! Religious reasons)
And then quickly apologized and said he basically didn’t mean to SAY pepperoni, he meant to say cheese.
So while I’m eating my food. I realize these a disgusting pepperoni in each of my crazy puffs. Which means he deliberately lied to me and he knew all along that he rung me up for pepperoni which is why he read it off the screen like that.
He just wanted me to spend my money and leave so he didnt have to worry about actually fixing his mistake. I do not appreciate that whatsoever. It’s raining and I don’t want to go back. I DO NOT eat pork.
Who are hiring people who would do a thing like this? I’m never coming back. I took a chance even coming in the first place. I was going to go to an authentic pizza place that was already nearby.

What’s up? Googlers went to grab a pizza for the game stop by was in and out within 5 minutes. I went for the amazing deal hot and ready Paperoni pizza. Needless to say,the pizza was great hot and ready. If you enjoyed my review, you know what to do.

Michael L. was extremely rude today. The customer service I received was unacceptable. The way he talked to me and went back and forth with me just because I asked for my wings to be well-done was unprofessional. He should not be working in customer service, and he made me feel like he was treating me differently because of my color. It was disrespectful and completely unnecessary.

Worse location ever ! Never coming back I preorder my food get to the heat box and check my order it was missing sauce for the crazy Bread I let 3 people know nobody moved expect the one guy barely spoke English the other 2 ignored me he gave me a ranch I left I wasn’t going to wait anymore then the other guy comes out whistling at me and take the ranch to give me the crazy sauce this place is absurd and disrespectful if you can’t communicate with the customer why even work there ?

Employees need to better themselves with the full menu. Store lobby needs more attending to(receipt papers everywherr). It’s hot so it’s wise to ensure that the soda cooler is fully stocked.

The manager Romero(I think) but he is Latin. He is a great manager and took care of a concern that I had. He also thanked me and shook my hand like a professional. This guy needs to be the example of a great manager. He turned a negative experience into a positive one. I WILL be coming back soon.
