They dont make the products right. They also continue making products while not having the proper ingredients instead of canceling orders or telling customers ahead of time and the wait time is awful. My crazy sauce is cold, my crazy bread is plain, and my pizza was missing cheese on some spots and was cold on some areas.

This Little Caesars just opened, so I’m hoping things improve with time. On my visit, the pizza was borderline burnt and didn’t have the cheesy, melty texture I’m used to from this brand. It tasted like the ovens may be set a bit too high. I’d strongly suggest customers check their pizza before leaving the location to avoid disappointment. Turning the ovens down a notch would go a long way in improving quality.

I understand this is a new location but it’s kind of ridiculous how this is my second time ordering here and both times they’ve given me burnt and stiff product. I think they need more training because at every other location I’ve been to it NEVER looks like this. I could practically knock the breadsticks on my table and they’re hard as stone, this is ridiculous, I ordered breadsticks NOT chips. Please do better at this location.

Location appears clean. Placed my order through the app and when I got there I was told “it’s coming right up” … ten minutes later I received the burnt hard mess you see posted. Tomorrow is their grand opening and they’re offering free pizza for a year to the first 100 people who come – if this is the quality of pizza they’re giving away for free, they can keep it. While waiting for my food, a line formed, no staff up front to greet or take orders. I hope they get better with time, because the rocks I was served today aren’t okay.

So happy a Little Ceasers opened up on McNab. Store is clean and staff was friendly. Order was hot, fresh and fast. Location is very convenient and I am sure we will be visiting often. 🙂

I ordered the pepperoni pizza + pepperoni crazy puffs deal, THE PUFFS WERE MISSING. I also ordered a thin crust Hawaiian pizza, which was EXTREMELY BURNT, NOT EATABLE. The hot wings flavor was okay, but hardly Any meat. My family & I were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED . We will NOT RETURN here for now. Maybe when it’s a little bit more trained staff & they have more experience. I really don’t have money & time to lose.

I understand this place is fairly new, but I also have eaten little Caesars Pizza for 30 years. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Pizza was well overcooked I ordered a cheese Detroit style pizza for $10 and I got a pizza half the size of the other Detroit pizza I ordered and they wanted to tell me that is correct which is absolutely not correct I do not recommend this place stay away

No one told me how long it would be when I placed my order. I ended up leaving and giving my receipt to a lady so she could have it.
