I ordered a supreme pizza that comes with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and sausage. I didn’t know that it also comes with hair halfway into almost finishing the pie. I called to ask for a refund, and the gentleman said to bring the pizza. We headed down to the store and brought the pizza in. The worker then explained that next time we shouldn’t eat the pizza and just bring it back. How could I know that a hair was going to be in a slice after we had already eaten three? Please make that make sense. I have never heard that I shouldn’t have eaten the pizza as if Im supposed to automatically know that hair was gonna be in one of the slices after already have eaten three.

It’s disgusting how the pizzas are prepared here. Employees handle their phones and then immediately touch the cheese and pizzas without wearing gloves. When I confronted one of the workers about it, he told me the manager said it’s okay not to use gloves because the pizza goes into a high temperature and “all the bacteria dies.” What?! That explanation is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for basic food safety and hygiene!!!!

every time i order here my order is trash i ordered crazy bread and there’s no parmesan on it just dry bread ordered a pepperoni crazy style crust pizza opened the box pizza looks old and there’s no crazy crust… the downfall of this little caesar’s is crazy it used to be good lol

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza got a regular pizza no pretzel crust with salt sprinkled on it. Victor told me he would refund the dollar for the pretzel crust but I would have to go back to the store. It would cost me a dollar in gas alone to go back. I didn’t even care about the dollar fact was I ordered it specifically for the pretzel crust. They didn’t tell me anything or call. Placed an order today over their site for three pizzas and pay more than they should have charge for it. I ordered a pizza with a stuffed pretzel crust and what I got was a $5.55 pizza for the price of a pretzel crust to what they only added a tiny bit of salt to it. $9.99 for a bit of salt is not correct. This should be consider a fraud perishable by law. They are taking the consumer for a ride and we should not allow it to happen. took a slice out not even a stuffed crust. Little Caesars was a place to go to get a goo value for the money and it has become a den of Th… The owners pride them selves of being good Christians but they have not shown it in their business practices. I have not found a way to contact corporate to let my concerns known. This has to stop. I buy once a week for my children because the economy and on average I spend $24.00 a week that rounds up to $100.00 a month. I am going to change that and make it a once or two tines a month event and go to VICENTE’S PIZZERIA here in Homestead and have a really good 20″ New York style pizza with garlic rolls and a two letter soda for $32.00 two times a week and save my self $40.00 a month.

Did an online order pick up. Was completed in time. It’s cheap pizza so you can expect too much but they did shove the box closed into my cheese bread and wish they had stuffed bread.

I order on line for a pizza and I take the option for built my own and I added pineapple and bacon for WHOLE pizza and I found this not all the pizza had the ingredients, so I asked to the front desk associate what happen and she said that they had a mesure and the manager of the store said that if they add more than the measure they could be fired or no bonus at all and if I want a very good pizza I has to order one from 12$ and up, because the one that I ordered was too cheap (9$j so I had to style with that. I think it was so rude answer to me.
