I come here often. Today may 30, around 1:45 I put a order in for a lunch combo. Worst pizza ever, if you can even call it that!!! It had almost no cheese, no sauce, BURNT, and cut super messy! The little toppings that were on it, slide off!!! After today I will never come again! How do you mess up a pizza that bad!! I want my refund! Tall white hispanic guy wouldn’t help me out, and it was passed 2pm so lunch combo wasn’t available anymore! I want my refund. I even tipped, I tipped for horrible food!

I wish I could say the pizza was the worst thing this store had to offer, but the service is even worse. Not only did they lie and say that our pizza in a locked pizza locker was stolen, but they also claimed that one of them was the manager when there was no manager on premise. After waiting an appropriate amount of time after being told that our pizza was “stolen” I went back in and asked for a cash refund as I didn’t trust the people behind the counter after already being lied to, one of the employees got on the phone with what they said was the manager. After a little back and forth and insult thrown at me in Spanish, I told the young man that I spoke Spanish and he stopped with the insults immediately. This is not someplace that anyone would want to eat or spend their money. Disgusting pizza and even worse service.

I decided to try them again, after haven’t been there in almost two years. Still don’t answer the phone. I got there, placed the order and was told it will ready in about 20 minutes, after waiting 20 waiting outside I go back inside and kid looks for my pizzas and he can’t find them, I see him grab the ticket from the counter and gives it to the lady that’s making the pizzas, he tells me , oh waiting on the sausage pizza, a few more minutes. I had to wait another 15 minutes. I get home and discovered an undercooked pizza. Will never again go there.

NEVER had any issues with this location, great service and always with a smile and the food always come out on point. avoid the other little Caesars on Stirling road like a plague! If you want a fast service and Cooked to perfection, come here.
Fair warning is to be very vigilant, the area is not good, many homeless people around when sun down. I will never send my wife alone there and will always have my “protection” on me.

If I could give it a 0 I would the manager was so rude she had long black hair and is clearly Cuban and speaks no English she gave me an attitude and was extremely rude and yelled took over 30mins for pepperoni pizza…. The whole crew is Hispanic not one bit of English. who is running this place?? the workers were on their phone the entire time….

Horrible customer service, lady at store on 05/11/25 @ 10:10pm was absolutely no help and very incompetent in nature. Did not order thru door dash I ordered directly thru site and she stated she couldn’t do anything about cancelling my order that took approximately and hour and a half to arrive when the restaurant is less than a mile away. Reported to corporate. Do better. Not rocket science.

After my last experience at this location where I dealt with attitude, a language barrier and them not wanting to give me the sauce that obviously came with what I ordered- I decided to give them another try. I wish I hadn’t. Again, the employee spoke pretty much no English. Another guy said it took a lot of effort to explain to her that he wanted 2 toppings. I started ordering. After I said classic pizza, she said “Only pizza?”. Uh, let me continue to order. Then I asked for the crazy bread combo, and she said “No lunch combos”. Ma’am, crazy combo, not lunch combo! Then she kept telling me they had no crazy bread. When I asked why and if they were making any more, she kept looking confused & saying “no”. She kept suggesting the Italian cheese bread and saying you can only order crazy bread online. I asked the difference and she tried to explain the difference between cheese bread & crazy bread. No! I need the difference between ordering online & in-store. She had to pull out her phone to translate that they had no crazy bread. How is there none, but you can order it online? I asked to speak to someone else. Eventually she went to the back and came back saying I could order the crazy bread. So I ordered that & pizza and cheese bread. It took too much effort to order very simple items. I will not go back to this one. At least the food was hot and good (even though I got just one sauce & needed another for my cheese bread- wasn’t going to bother to ask at that point since I had gone through too much already & that’s what got me the attitude last time)
