I called ahead and placed an order for a fresh pepperoni pizza. I came in to pay for it and to pick out a soda less than five minutes after I hung up the phone from ordering. When I opened the box to eat a slice I could very clearly see and taste that this was not the fresh pepperoni that I ordered. I should have also known that it was unrealistic for them to make it that quickly, but I didn’t want to confront or question the teenagers that worked there about whether it was actually fresh or not. I don’t want a confrontation, I just hoped for a hot pizza. I guess they thought that they could just take one out of the box and that I wouldn’t know the difference. I know when a pizza is fresh or not, and this was not a fresh pizza. If I wanted a pizza that had been in the box for 20 minutes I would have just grabbed a hot and ready, but I specifically called and ordered one instead. I am very disappointed, I really just wanted a fresh hot pizza on my work break. I guess not. Thanks guys.

If i could i would give zero stars. The customer service alone should set the standard for a business. If your service isn’t worth a darn then you should rethink everything you are doing. After my experience here this place is lucky not to be hearing from a lawyer.
Very anemic looking young man with short curly brown hair has a very condescending attitude towards customers. This little boy should never be in a customer service position or around customers period. If any employee of mine spoke or acted the way this little punk did in front of customers he would have been fired on the spot without question. Completely unacceptable. Do better.

I want to mention Garrett Moore for his excellent customer service. Although this location did not have what I was searching for, he went the extra mile to recommend a place that did. I know he was busy but still took the time to make his customer (me) happy. Two thumbs up for Garrett. That’s what you call outstanding customer service. You are an asset to your store and company because you have made a customer for life through your kindness.

extra most bestest sausage I’ve ordered it twice. This time I counted the sausage on it. Literally 21 pieces of sausage. I would add a picture but that’s not an option. If that is extra most bestest I’d hate to see how many pieces of sausage come of the standard pizza!!! Do better!

The whole store was waiting 45+ mins for their orders while they are giving them to the wrong people. We waited 50 mins for 2 pretzel pizzas. And got 2 burnt pies. Oh but they gave us a bread and a 2 liter for the wait.
